I had an awesome experience here. I have for years wanted a custom made flag to show my love of…read morethe Dune series and of course, Paul Atreides. I finally decided to follow through and make it happen. I went to a flag store near my house in Springfield and they just couldn't make it happen. I tried to work with them but for some reason or another, the format wasn't right or this designer is the one they work with but they are out of business. So, I looked around for another place and went to Xtrem Graphics. I had the design and that was all they needed. They were so helpful!!! They sent me a proof a day or two later and it was EXACTLY what I had always envisioned. I gave the go ahead and I am now the proud owner of the only Atreides flag I will probably ever see. But it's mine and I love it. It's beautiful and Xtrem Graphics made it happen.

I spoke with one of his assistants over the phone, who was very informative and very friendly. When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else. He was very nice about it, and thank God. Eventually, there was a bent in the controller, and with some manipulation, it worked, and I could retrieve all my data. He didn't charge me for anything, and he was very generous in explaining and giving me more information about how to store my data these days and available resources safely. I highly recommend this place

I explained what I thought happened to the folks at Hyperion as well as what I thought needed to be done to correct the issue. On top of that the offered to help me with any issues I may have in loading my old files back up. I would highly recommend Hyperion,

The owner Lenny will bend over backwards to accommodate people with reprints, or redesigns even when they are in the wrong. However, some people come in there just for a free design service with no idea of what they want, all they know is whatever you come up with, won't be what they had in mind and get all bent out of shape with you not reading their minds! Or they come in with some crappy image they found on line about 10k in size and want a banner made out of it. Perhaps some of the customers would be better served by looking on Youtube or something to see what goes on in the design process instead of bitching about wanting a six color process and wanting to pay for one.
