great people. called 4 times because i was having issues after booting my computer from a flash and it was not seeing my second SSD they put me through to someone in the back who gave me things to look at and then combined with my own research helped me solve problems i didn't realize i was going to run into. Take a hammer to anything you drop off for recycling. Otherwise they will just fix it up and sell it to their next victim. If you're elderly or don't know much about computers, WATCH OUT! They will offer to trade a perfectly good 6 month old PC for one that is 8 to 10 years old. This from a guy that took them a 6 month old computer to get rid of a virus and was duped into trading it in for one they had for sale. Found out later that he ended up with an old junk Dell, not even close to what he took in to have fixed. read more

Couldn't be happier. Went in for screen replacement on my iPhone. Just walked in about 10am the part was 90$ and the repair was $50. It was done by 2:05!!! They had a ton of stuff in there refurbished laptops and hard drives that looked super reasonable. If I ever think about getting new computer anything I'm going back there! read more

Best place in sangamon county to take your computer. Never had an issue with them. They are honest, reasonable, helpful and amazing!

NEGATIVE 5 Stars. I took my wife's laptop in 4/6 or 4/7 (??) because it was extremely slow in accessing the internet. They looked at the file directory a minute and told us a malware file had accessed the computer. Said it would be $125 to fix it and I put it on my MasterCard. Pricey? Who knows, the last time I had anything done it was $65. They last thing we said was that we need everything left on it as it was, other than the malware. We want it back like you get it!! NOT!!! First pickup, the MSN live (Money, MSN News, Weather) could not be accessed. Took it back; they piddled and couldn't get it to work and asked to leave it. Went back the next day and wanted to play with it a bit before taking it home. Missing were 8.1, Office, Chrome, Quicken; and no idea whatever else. They asked me to bring them the Quicken disc so they could re-install it as well as the other programs. Got the disc there and they tell me an access code is missing so they cannot install it. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Gave me a song and dance about telling me some apps might need to be reinstalled. WHAT PART OF "I WANT IT BACK LIKE IN CAME IN!" DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND?? I told them I want my computer and was walking out when they asked me to sign a paper stating I had received the computer. I wrote on the paper that I would not pay their fee; that when my MC statement came I would dispute the charge and would not pay it. Told them they might as well write a credit slip for their records. I have no idea what it is going to cost me to get it reprogrammed as it was before I took it in. A bunch I'm sure. False advertising! DONT BUY A USED COMPUTER THERE, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Bought a refurbished laptop from these clowns for the supposed lifetime guarantee. After continuous issues with the machine, and several roundtrips back and forth to their dank, dirty shop (very unclean and unprofessional - not sure if its because of all the other recycling?) i quickly found out that these nincompoops are incompetent at fixing computers. I kept bringing in the computer to get it fixed and they kept claiming they had fixed the issue but the machine kept blue screening after i got it home. I did this about 4 times. Although they didnt charge me, it was very frustrating because they could not fix the problem. I took it to a different company to have them look at it. They found out the problem right away and told me the mainboard was broken. They claimed BLH would not cover this under their warranty - but i didnt even bother to find out. read more
