Tony can do ACTUAL COMPUTER REPAIR, rather than just telling you to buy a new one or sell you something you don't need. He'll even do it right in front of you so you can ask questions and understand what he's doing. He's friendly as hell. I built my computer myself from parts and Tony's knowledge dwarfs mine. After moving to another town I decided to try other repair stores in the local area and they looked like motley fools compared to Tony. Even I knew more than them. In addition to all this, he doesn't charge too much. Very affordable compared to all those other places that claim to know computer repair. I left this review because I'm moving out of state and I can't take it to him anymore. He's very fast (Never spent more than 3 hours on a problem); he's trustworthy; he's an honest-to-god expert and you won't find a better one.

The screen was not cracked on the front, but was cracked on the back for the past 2-3 years. Ive had it for 4 years. It is the iPhone 11 Pro. When i brought it in about 6 weeks ago, they replaced it. About a week later, it would glitch and start pressing buttons and doing stuff on its own. Since I dont live here, I just had to deal with it. I would press the power screen to shut off screen and then start over and close out of things. I tried calling and emailing to get a refund for their lifetime warranty. Well Friday, the screen slowly dimmed all the way to black again, and I emailed them again for a refund to get it repaired in Missouri. Well, Monday it started working again, and Wednesday, once again, dimmed to black and unusable. I have not dropped the phone and it has had no water damage. The first technician did NOT notate the phone had a crack on the back of the phone. I am 100% of MY PHONE having a crack in it for a couple years now. This is bad business. My livelihood is from my phone. It's how I make a living, get directions, and do work as I own a business and work a full time and part time job apart from that. I am now being charged an additional $112.87, plus the $172.71 I paid. This lifetime warranty is no good, if their employees are not taking the proper, neccesary notes and steps to keep track of every device they handle. Need to train people to slow down and have a checklist. I feel screwed.

Huge scam artist. Scammed $360 out of my friends grandma, offered to replace a hard drive and…read moreinstall some ram for the low low price of $850.... in an 8 year old computer!! My friend went over to help his grandma, but she handed over the cash before he got there, because the guy (Dale P Baker) refused to give the computer back until she paid up. He strong armed the poor lady by saying he'd report her for credit fraud if she didn't pay up right then. My friend arrived literally 5 minutes late. He's a thug to the elderly and a scam artist, and clearly doesn't know anything about computers if it takes him $360 to fix viruses. UPDATE (09/22/11): I looked at her computer and scanned for modified files. In doing so, I was able to see that he only did about 2 hours of work, yet he billed her for 6.75. The majority of "work" done was just installing base components so he could run virus scans from free software. Oh yeah, and the "work" he did crippled her computer and made it so she couldn't even access the internet. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON TOUCH YOUR COMPUTER!!!!
