I seriously thought I was going to have to replace it despite getting it 5 months ago. I chose to take my laptop computer here because of great google reviews. I felt they would be more attentive & affordable than "Best Buy's geek squad" My Husband dropped off my laptop for me after 4pm on a Tuesday. They closed at 5pm. I immediately started getting "update" emails from Matthew. Matthew was so professional and was just wonderful to have as my specialist. He constantly kept me updated with each step he was doing on my computer (I loved that). He called me to let me know my hard drive needed replaced. He gave me my options. I could use my warranty or buy a new one. Now here's where I was impressed, I thought my warranty expired after 90 days of owning my laptop. Matthew was able to tell me my warranty hadn't expired, that I could use it & when it does expire. He even went above and beyond by sending my computer to HP because it was under warranty. I figured he would have just had me come & pick up my computer, but He took care of everything!!

I spoke with one of his assistants over the phone, who was very informative and very friendly. When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else. He was very nice about it, and thank God. Eventually, there was a bent in the controller, and with some manipulation, it worked, and I could retrieve all my data. He didn't charge me for anything, and he was very generous in explaining and giving me more information about how to store my data these days and available resources safely. I highly recommend this place

Huge scam artist. Scammed $360 out of my friends grandma, offered to replace a hard drive and…read moreinstall some ram for the low low price of $850.... in an 8 year old computer!! My friend went over to help his grandma, but she handed over the cash before he got there, because the guy (Dale P Baker) refused to give the computer back until she paid up. He strong armed the poor lady by saying he'd report her for credit fraud if she didn't pay up right then. My friend arrived literally 5 minutes late. He's a thug to the elderly and a scam artist, and clearly doesn't know anything about computers if it takes him $360 to fix viruses. UPDATE (09/22/11): I looked at her computer and scanned for modified files. In doing so, I was able to see that he only did about 2 hours of work, yet he billed her for 6.75. The majority of "work" done was just installing base components so he could run virus scans from free software. Oh yeah, and the "work" he did crippled her computer and made it so she couldn't even access the internet. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON TOUCH YOUR COMPUTER!!!!

My alternator was shot and I needed a quick and affordable fix. I brought my car in around 9 a.m…read more on a Friday and expected it to take all day or until Monday to get my car back. They had a full garage, but were somehow able to fit me in. Also, I was going to have to wait a bit for my friend to pick me up while they worked on my car, but they even gave me a ride home! Instead of having to wait all day they called and told me my car was done before 1pm, much sooner and much cheaper than I'd expected! Actually the best auto service I've ever had! Highly recommended.
