I spoke with one of his assistants over the phone, who was very informative and very friendly. When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else. We were told they did not think the old battery was dead and to charge it overnight, which we did. The next day the car started fine and I went to work. When I went to leave during my lunch, the car was dead and I could not go anywhere. Fortunately, they agreed to replace the battery on our second visit. So we were inconvenienced twice. However, other than the inconvenience, everything went great and the new battery was installed quickly.
