I…read moremade a reservation a week and a half in advance, on the day of my move to Chicago I go to pick up my truck.. the guy says, 'well I tried calling you two times and sent an email, each time I called it was busy.' I didn't receive any notice and I have a cellular phone there is no reason it would give a busy signal.. unless he was calling from his tin can phone. So I had to scramble and luckily I found a truck at U-Haul on Bruns lane.. I don't think I'll move with budget ever again. Get your tin can phone checked out, and don't lie to customers.

I rented a budget truck in the Chicagoland area and we started out our journey realizing that one of the headlights was out so I tried looking up Budget rentals along our route that could possibly help us. I came to this location unannounced and they dropped everything to help! While Ryan changed out my taillight, Greg inspected my truck and found out that the other location didn't check the registration and insurance which was out of date. He printed new ones for me and inspected the rest of the vehicle. I appreciated how kind they both were and went above and beyond to help me. Ryan/Greg- keep doing what you're doing, you made such a difference and I thank you so much!
