We walked the store looking for what we needed, then waited at the counter for him to finish his cig and the other customer, while the woman "chatted" on the phone to a supplier ( did not even acknowledge us waiting) When he did ask us what we needed, I still got the full impression that we were bothering him. This is the 2nd time I have gone there and, in the future I will order online from someone else or drive to Bloomington or Joliet to get what I need. It is a shame, they seem to have a lot of stock.
