I told the technician I believe the entry points were maybe under the kitchen sink or possibly from pipes. He said he was only going to put down poison and traps. His traps didn't work at all, I had to buy my own that worked better.. and now I hear noise in the walls in addition to the fact that I've caught 4 mice with remedies of my own. It's absolutely obsolete to think you can just put down traps or poison without sealing up anything and believe this will be effective. Unfortunately I have to contact another company that will seal up possible entry points. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your money.
