I only had one room done, we went to that room, my carpet was horrible, had not been been cleaned in ten years. I also have two dogs and two cats, who haven't always been the best at the potty training part of there puppy and kitty years. You think that you're cleaned things up, but when they got out their black light and I saw the circles of past potty areas under the filthy carpet, I thought I was going to lose it. The workers thoroughly explained their processes, prices and what they recommended. I couldn't believe what my carpet looked like when they were done. It looked like brand new carpet and completely refreshed the smell in my room. Thanks so much, I will be using you again! Lori Feger

I requested a hardwood floor cleaning for my kitchen, foyer and hallway. I Specifically noted…read morecrevices where grime had collected around the cooking areas? They booked me last minute, which was nice. When they arrived they said it would take a few hours to clean & polish. I opted not to polish and told them to yell when they were done cleaning. It was no more than 10 minutes they're calling my name. They said they were done. I was flabbergasted. The original phone estimate was $415 for cleaning only. The onsite guys adjusted it to $315 to reflect actual square footage. The finished floors were dull, streaked, many places not even hit with the cleaner. And the crevices were still dirty. The guys who came to clean were both very nice and tried to go over some places that I pointed out. But the crevices were my main concern and they looked no better. I called the manager and he said the machine is a surface cleaner not a crevice cleaner. All in all my floors would've looked better if I had just use my swiffer. I just spent $300 for nothing and now I'll still have to scrub it by hand. I would not recommend this company for hardwood floor cleaning.

We have wall-to-wall carpeting and it was a soppy mess. We worked for hours with a wet/vac but not all the water came up. At midnight I called Chem-Care and left a voice mail message explaining our circumstances. Wendy, of Chem-Care, called me at 7:00 a.m. and eased my mind, said the crew would be there between 11:30 and 1:30 and just as promised they arrived at noon. The men worked very hard, used their industrial water retractors and got every bit of water up. They also cleaned it and treated it with antibacterial non-mold chemicals to ensure no mildew or mold would set in. I called Wendy to, personally, thank her for all they did for us. The nightmare we were dealt last night turned into a very happy ending, thanks to this company. I remember they cleaned my carpets here before we moved in the summer of 2012, they were recommended to us by my son-in-law and back then they also did a fantastic job. Oh, and we got a senior citizen discount. I will NEVER use any other carpet cleaner but Chem-Care. Thank you, from Mary and Tom Hoffman!
