She casually said she'd "get an estimate and call me back" -- then hung up. When I called back to ask how she could provide an estimate without even seeing my lawn, she said she had "talked to the manager" and they "weren't taking new clients." Apparently, they don't have time for potential customers -- or basic courtesy. This kind of service tells you everything you need to know about how the business is run. If the front office can't manage a simple call professionally, I wouldn't trust them with my lawn.
