Our neighbor from 2 houses over 100+ year old tree snapped at the base and came down, hitting the house next door, tearing off their backside, and making it's final resting spot on our roof, back yard, side yard & sun room. I phoned Throop's at 9am Friday. They came out and assessed our property and damages within 30 minutes. Within the hour their were so many trucks, equipment, and men here working on our property, our neighborhood did not know what hit us! It was amazing! They not only removed this tree from my home, and yard, but cleaned up by raking, and blowing the debris. It was a class act! These people are professionals with the right equipment. Swooped in, and took care of business. Side note observation: - I'm writing this review on Sunday (happened Thurs night) and the service that my neighbors chose (Friday), still haven't cleaned up their branches/wood & debris. They had to rent a crane (took many hours to arrive Friday morning), their chipper broke down, and won't be fixed until Monday, and now my yard is torn up again because of that. Be aware of your choices. I would recommend Throop over & over! Thanks so much!

It was a big concern with the storms, there was the fear of it coming down on my house. I called and spoke with Brandon and he was very courteous and polite, he and I discussed dropping the tree and removing all the debris. He came out nigh the same night and gave me an estimate, I had another gentleman come out and give me an estimate as well. Brandon was nearly half the price of the other gentleman for the same work request. I confirmed with Brandon that he was whom I was choosing, he put me on the list and he was out very soon, keeping me apprised of when he would be showing up to take care of the tree. The work he and his crew did was exceptional, they came when he said they would and they took care of the tree, cleaned up the debris and overall were a pleasure to work with. If you have a tree you need removed he is someone I would highly recommend. I have a few more less imperative trees and he is who I will be using. I can't thank them enough.
