They were incredibly professional and accommodating when dealing with my mother's personal property. They helped me reclaim it from a disreputable company in the Chicago area about 8 years ago, transported everything to Springfield and repacked it all before storing it in a couple of vaults...all without causing one iota of additional damage. When the time came to retrieve everything they were great! They removed everything from the vaults and arranged it so that my sister and I could rapidly sort through everything. They also provided access to their dumpster and accommodated my request to use a loading dock to stage charitable donations which were picked up by the Salvation Army. Staff was also great with helping us pack up what left with us and providing materials. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of such services in the area contact Tom right away.

Craig also showed up during the move and shook my hand, and made sure all was good. I was very impressed with the staff's professionalism. Thank you for helping us out and making a seamless move.
