When it came in I told him immediately that this was not what he showed me. I wanted to return it. He started yelling and cursing at me. My contractor told him (after I had ordered) that he had over ordered. Jagdish berated him and told him he did not know what he was talking about. I tried to reason with him, my contractor tried and all we got was cussed out, called names, said we were liars and told WE COULD NOT RETURN THE FLOORING. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL AS LONG AS YOU ARE SPENDING YOUR MONEY. HE DOES NOT TAKE IT WELL WHEN YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED.
