I contacted AJ, and he and his partner came out the same week to get them cleaned. He noticed that the gutters were about 20-25 years old, and that we didn't have any downspouts from the second level. He recommended a new system, and said he could install them and gutter guards for a great price. I couldn't believe the deal! After talking it over with my wife, we decided to use the funds from selling our previous house to install new gutters. I paid him on Tuesday, and on Wednesday he bought the new system, and had it installed by Thursday night. The house looks amazing now, and I'm so happy we decided to go through with it. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their gutters cleaned or looking to install a new system.

GREAT service, GREAT work, and GREAT fees. We began a first floor remodel several months ago and Brad was initially only used for a couple things but, when we saw his work, we had him complete a LOT of things! We used him for the last 7 months and he is very consistent. I do not usually allow contractors to have a key but (after I was comfortable) I gave him one and had no concerns, worries, or problems. I have referred Brad to family. I can not recommend him higher...or I would. Check my other reviews, if there had been ANY problem you would see it here.

We ordered full screens but half screens came in so we have those in right now until the correct ones are delivered. BIG shout out to Zack and Greg who installed them! They did a fabulous job, very professional. I just cant stop looking at them. My dog likes the storm door that opens either at top or bottom so he can look outside. I would definitely recommend this company if you need new windows and doors! Update: the window screens that were installed were not the full screens we ordered. They were supposedly reordered the day of installation, June, and its 4 months later and we STILL do not have them. We are constantly calling and getting one excuse after another from the owner. Really like the windows and doors but customer service is not good at all. Will not recommend this company for this reason alone.

He rolled in like a well-oiled machine--tools organized, smiles on, ready to rock. The assembly? Flawless.

If you are looking for a Construction Company capable of providing good quality work, then Yoder…read moreConstruction Companty is not the company you want. Their work is substandard on all areas. As an example of the quality of work. 1. The metal roof valley seams look like they were done by a 4th grader. Extremely sloppy work. The one valley leaks water into the house when it rains. The owner of the company, James Yoder was notified of this, finally after a week he returned and put caulk down. The next rain 3 days later, the roof leaked again. Yoder was notified and he said he didn't know what to do...he never returned. Roof at this time was about 5 months old and was supposed to be guaranteed. 2. Windows and a sliding door he installed both leak when it rains. We are talking severe leaks. This has to be causing damage to the structure of the house. 3. Two of the outside trim boards fell off because they were not nailed on, but simply caulked on. 4. The tile floor is uneven, seams are cracking and the grout is breaking up. 5. The thermostat for the floor was put in crooked and the wall outlets have visible holes around them. 6. There are two open areas on the roof that lead directly into the house. 7. Seams are separating and cracks are developing. 8. Windows were put in incorrectly and will not lock. This project is less than a year old and we continue to find major flaws. Yoder Construction does sloppy, substandard work and should not be trusted to do any kind of construction work.

My check was cashed 2 days later. James Yoder told me that he would start the work the following week. 3 weeks went by and the repair job had not stated yet. First James Yoder told me that he had started a job that was bigger than what he thought it would be and that it was taking longer to get to our repairs. He then told me that he had other jobs ahead of mine. I told him that wasn't what he told me when he was 1st contacted. I then found out that the work that he was to do was being done by the vendor that had originally done the gutter work. I then contacted James Yoder with this information and requested my money back. James Yoder also said to me, "I'll be more than happy to come check and check the vendor that's doing the work, to make sure that it was done correctly". James Yoder told me that he would send my money back that weekend. 2 weeks went by and I still had not received my money after I had contacted him twice. I called James Yoder a 3rd time and told him that I had been very patient and wanted my money back. At this time James Yoder was verbally abusive and very unprofessional. He said, "if you want to get smart, I'll wait a month before I send your money back and hung up on me. That is unacceptable and is very poor customer service. I regrettably engaged Roberts to install a channel drain system in my drive in September 2022…read more.based upon some good reviews. Robert Sidener, the owner, and his brother started the work, did nit finish first day, took my money with repeated assurances the would return next day to finish, but never showed and refused to respond to my messages as expected given that they defrauded me. These two brothers are in my mind of highly questionable character and would never engage with them again. I would further note that owner Robert has a long rap sheet in the public records at the Sangamon county circuit court giving further negative evidence of his lack of honest and moral character. I have written the above to inform the community of potential problems in engaging this business for anything.
