I had several different cleaning professionals over the years and some were great, others were not. I referred my family members to them and by doing so, they couldn't keep track of my cleaning and that of my family members. I contacted them by phone numerous times and they just couldn't understand what was going on. After several different issues recently, I told them I would like my last cleaning(supposed to be in two days) to be my last. They cancelled the cleaning without any explanation. When I called to inquire, they said they have to take care of "family" first, meaning clients that are continuing their service with them. Being a loyal client for years means nothing to them.

I called to schedule an appointment as well as discuss how a few floors didn't need done as I was replacing carpet upstairs. A team of 4 showed up with all their own supplies (which was great as I had nothing there they could have used). They did a fantastic job. Not only did they do the expectations like cleaning the toilets and wiping windows. They even scrubbed our 6 panel doors which probably hadn't been cleaned in 29 years when the house was built. The floors were hand scrubbed and the house smelled so clean when I came home. They even vacuumed my stairs which I had said wasn't neccessary as I was pulling the carpet off those. I am beyond impressed with their service. There was so much cleaning I didn't want to do or really had the time to do. This was worth every penny and then some. Do not hesitate to use them. Price wise they were priced competitively but fairly. 100% worth it.
