I would like to say that at first I too was satisfied with the type of work they did for me at my house. Then as time went on 2 people didn't always show up to clean as I understood would occur; sometimes only 1 of them came. Also, I sometimes noticed, right after a cleaning, that there was still dust in some places where they did not clean properly or there were other areas where they either missed cleaning thoroughly or places where cleansers they used left unsightly residue. I could have overlooked these things if they were later discussed and corrected in a friendly manner, but what really did it for me is 2 things: 1) Over the holidays, they were supposed to come and clean for me (at that time they were still coming once every 3 weeks). I noticed they didn't show nor call when they were supposed to come, but I just waited and waited for several weeks with no communication from them. I finally called them and their response was that they were busy and couldn't come. Well, if they were busy, then they were busy cleaning OTHER people's houses, but CHOSE to overlook mine. 2) Then we got back on track and even were able to come to an agreement enabling them to come and clean for me every 2 weeks. Well, on the first scheduling after we switched to every 2 weeks, one of us missed the first scheduled date. There are disagreements as to WHO it was that got it wrong, but THAT didn't really matter; what mattered is how they wanted the matter resolved. They claim they came on the day appointed but no one was home to let them in. I RARELY LEAVE THE HOUSE, but I suppose it is possible I might have been temporarily out on the day they SAY they came. The point is that we unfortunately and accidentally missed eachother. I thought maybe they had just forgotten or something else had occurred, so I called them. They, once again, DID NOT call me. They informed me that they came and no one let them in. I was shocked, but was willing to work them to reschedule and even take the blame for the missed date. They were willing to reschedule BUT ONLY if I paid them in full (I forgot what their asking price was) for the day they CLAIM they came to the door but no one let them in. I was unwilling to pay for services that I HAD NOT RECEIVED, regardless of whose mistake it was. They were unwilling to compromise any other way. Now, if I should have paid them for a day they claimed they set time aside time for me and came to the house but no one was there to let them in, THEN HOW COME I should not have received a FREE CLEANING, OR AT LEAST A DISCOUNTED CLEANING, for the time over the holidays when they kept me waiting for WEEKS while they were busy cleaning OTHER people's houses but ignoring mine and never even so much as even calling me to explain their absence?? See...justice, if you want to call it justice, WORKS BOTH WAYS. And that's how it all ended. Very, very sad and unnecessary IF you ask me. read more
