Isabella is great to work with, she's very friendly and responsive and is fine with doing certain tasks for some appointments but not others. This is really helpful since seasonal changes at home mean different things are needed from month to month. You also never get the feeling she's rushing through tasks to get to her next appointment. They opened all of my blinds and maybe vacuumed parts of the floor to make it look clean. They DID NOT actually clean.
