We will use them in the near future for gutters and fence pressure washing. We will continue to use them again and again! Side note: I wish they also did landscaping. ;) I can't imagine that they wouldn't be just as good and reliable as they are currently with the services they offer. Thank you Alex!

Isabella is great to work with, she's very friendly and responsive and is fine with doing certain tasks for some appointments but not others. This is really helpful since seasonal changes at home mean different things are needed from month to month. You also never get the feeling she's rushing through tasks to get to her next appointment. We've been working with her for almost a year now and she's been very consistent about arriving at appointment times and has done a good job in the various cleaning tasks. Her rates are also quite reasonable. We've been very satisfied and glad we came across her service.

It's difficult to imagine that there could be a better company to clean your glass…read more We have enjoyed Jonathan's glass-cleaning for the the last eight or so years. When we call his company, we get scheduled for a cleaning right away! And the cleaning? Absolutely flawless. They clean all of the glass, the screens, the yuck between the screens and the glass... The windows are a whole different experience when Jonathan and American Window is done with them. I would not ever consider entrusting the cleanliness of my glass to anyone else. They're so friendly, so reliable, and so perfect for service, glass- and screen-cleaning, and good vibes. 15/10 I'll call them every time.

Jacob and Lauren did a terrific job of cleaning all of our exterior windows. There are over 40-windows in total. They arrived on time as promised and did an extremely thorough job. Did not get in a rush/hurry whatsoever. Extremely polite and courteous with every exchange we had. Our home is a tall 2-story and they did an excellent job reaching the 2 floor windows with their equipment, no ladders needed. Cost was as quoted despite taking a little longer than they planned. Did not ask for additional $$$ but we compensated due to the great job they did. Highly recommend. Jim W.

Regarding cleaning, our home looks and smells fantastic after the staff leave & we are pleased with the cleaning. More importantly, the cleaning staff's customer service skills are wonderful & we've only had to call Gina twice in reference to the cleaning (minor issues that were promptly corrected with the next cleaning). Gina has also been very accommodating, when necessary, to my family if events should arise that prevent our regular cleaning day without any questions or difficulties. Based upon the cleaning alone, I would rate M2P Champaign, IL a 5-star! My review, however, is not 5-star. Reason being, the poor customer service from Gina's secretary, Jody & her Manager, Kindra. On two seperate occassions, both women were rude, inconsiderate, inappropriate & overall, lacked the customer service skills needed to address problems. As a result of their behaviors, a call to the M2P corporate headquarters was necessary more than once, but as predicted, Gina solved the problem, & her ability to diffuse the situation was outstanding. Based upon Gina's customer service skills alone, I would again, rate M2P Champaign, IL as a 5-star company, but as a result of her two employees, I can only rate it as a 3. Thanks Gina!

Have had M2P come in on two occasions…read more The first was to wash walls, windows, and pretty much make our old basement sparkle. It did. The second was a whole house clean, including some high up windows, French doors and carpet cleaning. Both times, I've been pleased with professionalism, process, level of quality, and timeliness of Maid to Perfection. Staff is courteous and thorough, and the walk-thru beforehand ensures that what's important gets covered. I'm not someone for whom regular professional cleaning is possible. So when they have come by, it's been a real treat--and at a reasonable and straightforward price. Highly recommend.
