My husband has hired this business a few times to clean our home- presumably because it's cheap. I keep telling him he is wasting his money. They literally just push the dirt around. If I am hiring someone to clean my home, I expect it to be CLEAN. I swiffer/mop, vacuum, windex and clean countertops daily.That's not what I hire someone to do. I hired someone to CLEAN the things I don't have the time for like showers, floors, etc. This company "cleaned" my house but didn't actually clean at all. They opened all of my blinds and maybe vacuumed parts of the floor to make it look clean. They DID NOT actually clean. They moved all my stuff around and I had to search for things that were misplaced. I wish I still had the photos from the last time they "cleaned" my house but I am sharing what I do have. I'm sure these employees have the best intentions but I rate their cleaning abilities a 0 out of 10. I can push dirt around for free. read more

Very expensive. We were charged $350 for a move out cleaning that took less than 3 hours for a four person crew. The cleaning was adequate but the staff was hard to communicate with since English is not their native language. read more

I have the crew from last month. Today was third time. All three time three ladies came & spent about 45mins for cleaning 2 stories plus basement, three bed 3 beds 2 & a half Beth. (My previous service fir my previous house from other company spent about 2 hours, even considering the the size) Last time when they left I found many areas not cleaned throughly all corners & behind doors were left uncleaned. This morning, when they came, I asked one of the lady to dust top of the cabinets & refrigerators. She said they don't do that. It is OK. After quick 45 mins, they are about to leave, I showed the spots with dust to one of the ladies & ask them to clean more. The lady was so kind & try to do clean, but once the rest of crew re-entered my house, they all expressed their unhappy feelings & my asking was so unusual. read more

These ladies are amazing! They have cleaned my house twice for me and they do a wonderful job. They are coming bi weekly now and the charge is so reasonable. They arrive at exactly the time scheduled and are in and out in an hour and a half usually. I would highly recommend this company. read more

María Serratos and her team are amazing. Our service is every other week and usually four ladies all clean the house together. For a four-bedroom house with two bathrooms, it takes them about an hour. This never seems like long enough to me, but every single time they leave the house sparklingly clean. They are also very safe during these Covid-19 times--all wear masks and gloves and spread out for social distancing. They are ecologically conscious as well. They provided me with a good supply of washable microfiber cleaning cloths that they use each time. I wash them between visits and have them ready for the next time.
