owner has failed to pay several of her employees, has roach infested vehicles, knew about roaches and didn't attempt pest control for several days, brought a roach inside of a clients home and did not tell the client. There is photo evidence of all these claims AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! if you read further down in her reviews you will see that the owner is complaining about a client having roaches, yet she has roaches and is spreading them all over other clients homes. In every bad review she has, which is many across several platforms, rather than taking any responsibility her replies are snarky and condescending. so, not only will she give you roaches, not pay the people she has clean your home, when you have a problem she is just going to be rude to you, take zero accountability, do nothing to fix the problem, and somehow make it all your fault. In summary this business and its owner has no redeemable qualities. There are several other cleaners in and around C-U that are much better. read more

I would not hire this service to clean your Airbnb. Here is why. LACK of COMMUNICATION: Rarely communicated if we were scheduled for cleaning; we had to reach out to her to make sure, often the day of cleaning. INCONSISTENT AND SUBPAR CLEANING: There was always something not cleaned. Poop stain in the toilet, toilet rim not cleaned, hair in the tub and floor, floors were not mopped all the time, not vacuumed properly, never vacuumed the front door mat, tables not wiped, hair on the bed, linens not changed, beds not made, dirt under the bed and coffee pot not checked and cleaned. Linens she laundered came back yellow and dingy. Linens missing and other Airbnb's linens were returned. SCHEDULING PROBLEMS: Asked if cleaning could be done the day after checkout due to personal life. Cleaners do not show up. Cleaners show up late after 3 pm (typical Airbnb check in time). UNTRAINED STAFF: Meghan has a huge checklist on her website of what they do to clean Airbnbs. However she does not train her cleaners and they do less than half of what is on that list. Huge turn over of her staff; always someone new cleaning so they have no idea how to clean an Airbnb. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND FULL OF EXCUSES: Never acknowledges subpar cleaning nor apologizes for it. There is always an excuse. Excuses used were annoying really. Instead of owning up to it and reassuring us that she would speak with her staff, she would blame it on someone or something else. Excuses for scheduling problems included: short-staffed, staff was out ill, out of town, had kids events to attend, away on vacation. Bath mats not replaced/missing with the excuse that the mats are 2 different sizes. We did not complain about everything. We ended up taking care of most of the mishaps because we tired of the excuses. But basic cleaning was not done all the time and scheduling issues and her excuses made it difficult to work with her. Our last text encounter was heated. I was short due to my frustration of her cleaners not showing up and it was almost the end of the day. And this was after she asked to SWITCH the day of the cleaning due to her being out of town for her daughter's dance competition. Not sure if she realizes the importance of having a timely Airbnb turnover due to last-minute bookings. After ending the service, It took several texts for her to return our linens, and we had to pick them up ourselves, and we are still missing some linens. read more

Actually Meghan there are 3 sides to every story: Yours, Mine and the Truth! Your response was the first I heard about a swim party ! Not the client issue! All you stated was need to finding staff. One staff member was ill and she and her aunt she brought to assist, just stood there and did little, watching the other 3 workers! The owner of the INN has it all on video, as she watch in disbelief and horror! Plus anybody ill shouldn't be spreading germs while 'cleaning'! Ever hear of Covid? You offer your husband services, never stating he had leg issues; just that he was out of work. The bottom line is poor communication and no delivering, just charging for what may need be done. Reading your other reviews on Yelp and Facebook, I see now this isn't the first time you've become defensive and 'attitude', rather than having any Customer Service Skills to resolve a situation. read more

Perfectionist Cleaning steam cleaned the grout in our bathroom. The typical cleaning just wasn't working, and I needed something that would get rid of the stains. Meghan did an amazing job!! She cleaned the floor and shower of our bathroom and I am so happy with it! I didn't realize professional grout cleaning was a thing, and I'm so happy I found Perfectionist Cleaning! read more

I'm disappointed. I paid Perfectionist Cleaning Services $150 to turn over a rental property that was not in terrible shape. They did a mediocre job, given the water was turned off, and when I asked them to return to finish after the water was back on and offered to pay another $50 to do the floors, they said they would return but never did. The basic job done was nowhere near "perfectionist" for the price. A perfectionist would bring over a some wet wipes and get the job done even if the water was unavailable. Great business name, but a misnomer. read more

At the second thought I decide to improve the rating to 3. Nothing has changed-Meghan's angry comment just proved that there was really a communication and understanding issue. As a new customer, it is new to me that the norm of being on time is within one hour of the appointment. Typically 15 min or 30 min after an appointment if I did not receive any text or phone call I would be concerned--especially we would need to make a long trip back that day after the cleaning. And obviously I did not know the big deal about the tiny, almost invisible roach eggs--I have lived in three 50-100 year old houses in C-U. They are not sealed as well as newer constructions and thus not likely to be bug-free. The house wall, ceiling and floors were recently repainted/refinished. Meghan is right, the baseboards were not repainted. But it is unlikely I would think about mentioning that fact to her on the phone, least to expect such a big deal about it. Anyway the two stars given back was for them to accommodate my last minute request, willing to squeeze it to the day that we could be in town, and for the quality of cleaning--still feel overcharged, but they did make a difference after cleaning. read more
