    I would not hire this service to clean your Airbnb. Here is why…read more LACK of COMMUNICATION: Rarely communicated if we were scheduled for cleaning; we had to reach out to her to make sure, often the day of cleaning. INCONSISTENT AND SUBPAR CLEANING: There was always something not cleaned. Poop stain in the toilet, toilet rim not cleaned, hair in the tub and floor, floors were not mopped all the time, not vacuumed properly, never vacuumed the front door mat, tables not wiped, hair on the bed, linens not changed, beds not made, dirt under the bed and coffee pot not checked and cleaned. Linens she laundered came back yellow and dingy. Linens missing and other Airbnb's linens were returned. SCHEDULING PROBLEMS: Asked if cleaning could be done the day after checkout due to personal life. Cleaners do not show up. Cleaners show up late after 3 pm (typical Airbnb check in time). UNTRAINED STAFF: Meghan has a huge checklist on her website of what they do to clean Airbnbs. However she does not train her cleaners and they do less than half of what is on that list. Huge turn over of her staff; always someone new cleaning so they have no idea how to clean an Airbnb. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND FULL OF EXCUSES: Never acknowledges subpar cleaning nor apologizes for it. There is always an excuse. Excuses used were annoying really. Instead of owning up to it and reassuring us that she would speak with her staff, she would blame it on someone or something else. Excuses for scheduling problems included: short-staffed, staff was out ill, out of town, had kids events to attend, away on vacation. Bath mats not replaced/missing with the excuse that the mats are 2 different sizes. We did not complain about everything. We ended up taking care of most of the mishaps because we tired of the excuses. But basic cleaning was not done all the time and scheduling issues and her excuses made it difficult to work with her. Our last text encounter was heated. I was short due to my frustration of her cleaners not showing up and it was almost the end of the day. And this was after she asked to SWITCH the day of the cleaning due to her being out of town for her daughter's dance competition. Not sure if she realizes the importance of having a timely Airbnb turnover due to last-minute bookings. After ending the service, It took several texts for her to return our linens, and we had to pick them up ourselves, and we are still missing some linens.

All you stated was need to finding staff. One staff member was ill and she and her aunt she brought to assist, just stood there and did little, watching the other 3 workers! The owner of the INN has it all on video, as she watch in disbelief and horror! Plus anybody ill shouldn't be spreading germs while 'cleaning'! Ever hear of Covid? You offer your husband services, never stating he had leg issues; just that he was out of work. The bottom line is poor communication and no delivering, just charging for what may need be done. Reading your other reviews on Yelp and Facebook, I see now this isn't the first time you've become defensive and 'attitude', rather than having any Customer Service Skills to resolve a situation.
