They helped me reclaim it from a disreputable company in the Chicago area about 8 years ago, transported everything to Springfield and repacked it all before storing it in a couple of vaults...all without causing one iota of additional damage. When the time came to retrieve everything they were great! They removed everything from the vaults and arranged it so that my sister and I could rapidly sort through everything. They also provided access to their dumpster and accommodated my request to use a loading dock to stage charitable donations which were picked up by the Salvation Army. Staff was also great with helping us pack up what left with us and providing materials. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of such services in the area contact Tom right away.

I called and spoke to Robert who told me our crew was in Springfield and would be heading our way after they were done unloading. As the day unfolded the time tentatively changed to 1-2pm. I called a few more times in the afternoon and no one answered. I later got a text from Robert that stated "Let give them a call now sorry I have no service ". I never heard back until several hours later in the late afternoon. I received this text from Robert "We are truly sorry our guys can't make it to you on time today we was running behind and I was currently on the plane with no service. I can refund you your $20 to Venmo on Monday morning I can send it to your Apple Pay right now whichever one works best for you once again we are truly sorry!! " I requested a $20 deposit refund by Venmo on Monday morning. We never received a refund for the deposit. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend this company. Our experience was not good.

We were making a short move--25 miles away--and we were needing to get out of a town that had, unfortunately, become unsafe for us. This moving company understood our situation and made room for us. We had to get things organized quickly, but it worked out. All of the staff were really great to us and understanding that we needed to get out of a town that was no longer safe for us. And they got us MOVED! Jim, the owner came over himself to assess our move; Linda in the office is a great person with whom to work; and thank you to Dakota, Jay and Seth (and any others) who even came back 2 days later to make an additional trip for us. I think one replaceable, plastic item was broken. Big deal. It's called, "moving," for a reason. None of our furniture or nice things were in any way damaged. These people worked hard; did great work; and I would recommend them to you.
