Invoice states the NFP name with invoice # and my husband as the customer. In September 2023 my husband left the NFP and emailed Justic Graphics regarding this change and provided new contact information of the president of the NFP. The NFP has not paid Justice Graphics for the services and Justice Graphics still has the product in their possession. My husband just received a letter from Justice Graphics with the intention they will send him to collections over the unpaid amount of $755.54 even though the invoice was placed through the NFP while he was a representative. We are currently researching legal options if this progresses any further.

I never give perfect scores but I cannot think of one thing that this cleaning service could have…read moredone better. First, they arrived exactly on schedule. I only had one room done, we went to that room, my carpet was horrible, had not been been cleaned in ten years. I also have two dogs and two cats, who haven't always been the best at the potty training part of there puppy and kitty years. You think that you're cleaned things up, but when they got out their black light and I saw the circles of past potty areas under the filthy carpet, I thought I was going to lose it. The workers thoroughly explained their processes, prices and what they recommended. I couldn't believe what my carpet looked like when they were done. It looked like brand new carpet and completely refreshed the smell in my room. Thanks so much, I will be using you again! Lori Feger

I requested a hardwood floor cleaning for my kitchen, foyer and hallway. I Specifically noted…read morecrevices where grime had collected around the cooking areas? They booked me last minute, which was nice. When they arrived they said it would take a few hours to clean & polish. I opted not to polish and told them to yell when they were done cleaning. It was no more than 10 minutes they're calling my name. They said they were done. I was flabbergasted. The original phone estimate was $415 for cleaning only. The onsite guys adjusted it to $315 to reflect actual square footage. The finished floors were dull, streaked, many places not even hit with the cleaner. And the crevices were still dirty. The guys who came to clean were both very nice and tried to go over some places that I pointed out. But the crevices were my main concern and they looked no better. I called the manager and he said the machine is a surface cleaner not a crevice cleaner. All in all my floors would've looked better if I had just use my swiffer. I just spent $300 for nothing and now I'll still have to scrub it by hand. I would not recommend this company for hardwood floor cleaning.

I used Troy 2 years in a row and was really displeased, because he just had us drop our paperwork…read moreoff, did our taxes and charged us $300 .. What the heck did he do?? He asked NO questions of us to find out if we had possible deductions.. I decided to have my husband and I go elsewhere. The tax service we went too asked to see our previous 2 years, because after she did the current year, I told her that I was so happy because Troy didn't do much and didn't itemize and charged us what seemed like a lot of money. When she did that current year we got a bigger refund.. She then redid the 2 years that Troy did and found that he didn't itemize our deductions at all. We ended up amending those 2 years and got over $4000 EACH year that he had done them. I am sorry, but if you are going to do someones taxes, you should do them WITH them there and ask them questions, so you get as many deductions for them as you can. I felt that he was lazy in that area and would never go back to him.
