On the day I left the paper work to have my taxes completed, as I had done for the past 10 years, I received a voice message and later an email, that he would not do my return. I was told the reason was that he was not able to contact me. My address, phone number and cell have always been included on my paperwork as well as the personal note I wrote him each year. But regardless of the reason I believe my loyalty to this firm deserved a written notification once that decision had been made.

She went in to pick up her paperwork for her small business and she got charged over double what she was quoted. When she asked why for an explanation the man from the back came out yelling and saying that's how they bill and don't question it. Humiliating her infront of everyone in the building. Not only did they not bother to go over anything with her he treated her like she was absolute trash. She also heard other employees talking about other clients as well.
