He asked NO questions of us to find out if we had possible deductions.. I decided to have my husband and I go elsewhere. The tax service we went too asked to see our previous 2 years, because after she did the current year, I told her that I was so happy because Troy didn't do much and didn't itemize and charged us what seemed like a lot of money. When she did that current year we got a bigger refund.. She then redid the 2 years that Troy did and found that he didn't itemize our deductions at all. We ended up amending those 2 years and got over $4000 EACH year that he had done them. I am sorry, but if you are going to do someones taxes, you should do them WITH them there and ask them questions, so you get as many deductions for them as you can.
