She went in to pick up her paperwork for her small business and she got charged over double what she was quoted. When she asked why for an explanation the man from the back came out yelling and saying that's how they bill and don't question it. Humiliating her infront of everyone in the building. Not only did they not bother to go over anything with her he treated her like she was absolute trash. She also heard other employees talking about other clients as well. He comes out and still in his very loud voice pushes the papers towards me while hitting them with his finger, telling me what was done by who!They Never told me this was done by the hour so there was No misunderstanding! Regardless of what I Was quoted, there is Absolutely NO reason for this man to treat me the way he did and tell the entire office about me questioning the price. If I would have been told that it was going to cost this much, I would have kindly taken my business somewhere else. I was humiliated and mortified by this man's actions.
