The biggest negative to this company is that they wait to send your rental within a few days of your event. So when they make a mistake, there is ZERO time for them to correct it, so if the seamstress cant make a size 38 pant fit a size 44 waist (even though the waist hadn't changed since the measurements were taken) you are just S.O.L. Quite ridiculous. Their response: Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines.
