The buzzer system was suddenly not working, and needed the strike pad to be disengaged so we could switch over to a traditional door knob and key lock with deadbolt. AJ was great. Our problem was a worn out lock on our French door. He arrived right away, checked it out and ordered a replacement. Luckily the dead bolt was still working so the door locked. A couple of weeks later the front door lock was stuck. AJ came again right away and found the lock needed greased and the house had settled and he ground out the place where the lock goes into the woodwork. AJ came today to install the new lock and also ground out the lock on the door to the garage because of settling of the house. I have used Xpress Locksmith (aka "AJ") twice now and both times I received outstanding service from AJ. The first time I contacted AJ was to complete the installation of a side yard gate. I had a construction firm install an upgraded side yard door - including 2 large steel posts anchored in concrete with an 8 or 9 foot door built from half-inch wood planks. AJ recommended a dead bolt lock and I agreed. Within about 15 minutes he had it installed in the door and gave me 2 keys for the lock. Since the installation I have been very pleased with the door and the secure installation and with the dead bolt he recommended. The second time I contacted AJ was when I managed to lock myself out of my house. I called him - basically out of the blue - and he fortunately for me was able to come to my residence within about 20 minutes. He managed to get a side door unlocked for me. Both times I have worked with AJ I have been very impressed with his customer service orientation and his impressive knowledge of locks. If in the future I have a need for a locksmith - I can't imagine contacting anyone else than AJ. He is definitely a 5 star locksmith. read more

Javad offered a solution for me to try to unlock the door myself so I could potentially save some money. But I couldn't do it. I called him back and he came in 15min. He used a less costly method first that wouldn't have to break or drill into my lock, which is greatly appreciated. My neighbor got locked out the same way but the other locksmith broke their lock and did a replacement and ended up costing my neighbors a lot more. I highly recommend this company.
