Re-key front door and mailbox. I lost my key ring with the house key and mailbox key somewhere in the front yard. AJ arrived within an hour of contacting him. I have used Xpress Locksmith (aka "AJ") twice now and both times I received outstanding service from AJ. The first time I contacted AJ was to complete the installation of a side yard gate. I had a construction firm install an upgraded side yard door - including 2 large steel posts anchored in concrete with an 8 or 9 foot door built from half-inch wood planks. AJ recommended a dead bolt lock and I agreed. Within about 15 minutes he had it installed in the door and gave me 2 keys for the lock. Since the installation I have been very pleased with the door and the secure installation and with the dead bolt he recommended. The second time I contacted AJ was when I managed to lock myself out of my house. I called him - basically out of the blue - and he fortunately for me was able to come to my residence within about 20 minutes. He managed to get a side door unlocked for me. Both times I have worked with AJ I have been very impressed with his customer service orientation and his impressive knowledge of locks. I lost the car key, the only key, with the FOB. Called AJ and he promised he can do it. He came 15 minutes late (traffic, longer work time on earlier jobs..), and started working right away. The tumbler in car door lock is sticky as we use the FOB to open the doors always, and took more time to get it done. AJ also recommended a 2nd pair of key with FOB, we ended up getting a simple key that can mechanically open the car door and crank the engine as a backup. AJ is knowledgable, patient, and considerate to clients. I have his phone number into my contact list on my smartphone! As AJ put it, hope I don't need to call him!
