I lost the car key, the only key, with the FOB. Called AJ and he promised he can do it. He came 15 minutes late (traffic, longer work time on earlier jobs..), and started working right away. The tumbler in car door lock is sticky as we use the FOB to open the doors always, and took more time to get it done. AJ also recommended a 2nd pair of key with FOB, we ended up getting a simple key that can mechanically open the car door and crank the engine as a backup. AJ is knowledgable, patient, and considerate to clients. I have his phone number into my contact list on my smartphone! As AJ put it, hope I don't need to call him!
