After I texted him photos of the door handle and lock we needed replaced, he talked me through options and recommendations, including quality and style preferences. We made an appointment for a few hours later - on a Sunday - based on my availability and preference. He came in the early part of the 30 min window - didn't keep us waiting at all. At the house, AJ answered more questions about options and then completed the replacement in only a few minutes. He was very good about social distancing and keeping his mask on. My wife and I decided we needed to rekey the locks on all of the doors in our house and garage. I place a request for quote via yelp and Xpress Locksmith returned my call within 10 minutes. There prices were very reasonable and were at my house within the hour to commence the work. AJ rekeyed 10 locks to all operate from one master key which included picking the locks on 5 patio doors that I didn't have the keys for and replacing a door handle lock on the garage door that was broken as well as being able to make me extra keys. I had to change locks and to add new deadbolts and knobs on my new house I recently bought in west San Jose , so I went online to look for a good company to do the project for me and after sending some quotes requests on yelp I found "x-press locksmith " We set a date and a time to do the work and they showed up as promised, did the job right, clean and kept their prices as they have quoted on the phone . I am happy to write a review for these guys cause they saved my saturday night party! I had guests to come over and I locked myself out. Well I go clumsy sometimes but usually its not the case, and when something goes wrong I like to fix it rightaway. I called few places I knew and asked friends if they know anyone, but they were way over price! I found x-press Locksmith in yelp ads and he was quick. These guys deserve the five star rating they have gotten here. I needed a lock installed so I called them to make an appointment. The technician AJ, got here on time. He was nice, very respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. I asked him about a few other lock issues that had plagued us since our house. He listened carefully was able to easily solve all of these problems.he efficiently did all that asked and even had his own vacuum with him to clean up any dust that had been caused by the installation of the lock.
