This delivery service was amazing! Bought appliances from the frigidaire website and Rxo delivered appliances. They were respectful and friendly, brought in appliances and took all wrapping and plastic off the appliances, set up and leveled everything. Took old appliances out and was very careful bringing them in and taking them out. I felt my experience was over and above and a good delivery experience does make the purchase more enjoyable. The crew that delivered and installed my washer and dryer were very polite, respectful and efficient. The only reason I would give the company a 4 out of 5 is the scheduling. They wait until the day before to call and let you know a 4 hour "time window" when they are coming and you are only allowed one reschedule. Most reasonable people can't take the day off work just to wait for the truck to show up. read more

I had a return to Amazon picked up on Dec. 30th. I have an email from RXO saying the boxes were picked up and made it as far as their warehouse. Amazon won't refund me the $240 I paid because they have not received it from RXO. I called the call center and the had to email the warehouse to check the status. I sat on hold for 10 min but the warehouse did respond. the last person I talked to said he would call, text, or email me the status as soon as he heard something. That was several hours ago. Crickets. they are holding up my refund. read more

How did this service get 4 stars on Yelp? I don't get it, they are the worst! They've been subcontracted to deliver a couple of home appliances and each time has been a different kind of nightmares. Late deliveries / no deliveries (weeks late at that!) Calling support is a joke, their call center is located oversea. I'm told they'll "escalate" my late orders but nothing happens every time I called. They've lied to me saying I was not at home to receive my order, yes I received no calls, no text, and I work from home. I'm at home, don't tell me I'm not at home. I have evidence that WHOLE day that YOU DID NOT attempt delivery. And when they DID deliver (this was a previous order - still waiting for my current order) they DENTED my new fridge while trying to install it. I didn't know paying the extra installation fee included denting my fridge, getting water all over my place, and me doing it myself in the end because people they sent over absolutely have no experience installing a fridge! To be fair, after that first time - I decided to give them another chance, because there are quite some good reviews about this company here. Honestly maybe it was just that one time and new employees, why not give them another chance. But AGAIN? read more

2nd time getting something delivered using this joke of a company. Both times i waited within my delivery window, just to receive a call that they "forgot" to load my item(s) on the truck. Today They said they would call me back to see if they could deliver it tomorrow, no call back and when I call the number back I get the run around. Deliver my stuff! Update: as you can see the owner replied to my review with the same answer to every other 1 star review....I did EVERYTHING he asked me to do in his reply and still got nowhere. Just know if this company is delivering your stuff, it will not arrive on time and you will receive terrible customer support from these jokers. Absolute worst experience. Scheduled delivery for our Peloton tread for 12/13. The delivery company change our delivery date to 12/11 without confirming with us. We were out of town and couldn't accept the delivery. When we finally got ahold of someone (which was almost impossible), we were told there was no option to deliver on our original date(12/13) and earliest option was 12/27. We booked for 12/28 - today - and got a text message yesterday afternoon saying our order could not be delivered today. When my husband called RXO, the person he spoke to HUNG UP on him. After talking to Peloton, we were told the earliest delivery date now is 1/12. We had a similar experience with our Peloton bike last year. What an absolute disaster. read more

I had free delivery with a mattress purchase from Sam's Club online. The mattress arrived sooner than promised. The delivery driver, Sam, and his partner were excellent. Friendly, put mattress where I requested. Most impressed with the backup driving skills of Sam! Our driveway is almost 1/8 mile long and narrow. Goes over a creek and many twisted. Many truck drivers call and say my items are at the beginning of the driveway. Was fully expecting that. Not Sam! He maneuvered that truck carefully and safely down the driveway! Excellent driving and safety skills. A+ team! read more

I would give negative stars if I could. My deliveries have been cancelled during the delivery windows four times in the past week (allegedly) due to a damaged TV, sick driver, incorrect work order and now weather. I could understand one or two delays, but at this point these issues are inexcusable and they have done nothing to try and make it right. RXO does not notify me until hours after cancellation. Some delivery windows are from 6 AM to 6 PM. I've spent 20+ hours stuck at home waiting for a TV delivery over the last week. The only customer service number goes to a call center, which gives less than helpful information. After the first cancellation they gave me incorrect information telling me I turned away the TV, which I never saw. I've been told I would receive calls back to reschedule which never came. I've been told the wrong information on delivery schedule availability. I'm not surprised they were spun off from XPO because they are absolute trash. read more

They called to promise a delivery date, we made plans to be available, they then called to schedule it for 9 days later on a day we can't make work without taking time off of work. Their customer service has been horrible to work with, they have said someone from the local hub (this one) will call us, but nobody has. I even offered to come pick up the product myself from the local hub, and they refused due to COVID safety. Let me get this straight, you want to delay 9 days so someone can spend a long time in our house doing assembly, but you think it's unsafe for me to pickup from a loading dock. read more
