There was no one here when we came and only 4 people came in after us. We spent about 30 mins here printing and buying items. It was a really fun 30 mins. The employee Cassidy was awesome. Joking with us. Telling us about ways we can save. And took care of the printing for us. We are from out of town and just enjoyed the tidbits she gave us even though she was new to town too. The store is the best value you'll probably get in the area. There's not a lot of printing spots nearby especially if you don't have a car. It was 10 min walking distance from my hotel. It was generally well marked and clean. It does close pretty early so get there before 7pm. Five stars because the staff was really nice. Otherwise it's a 3.5 star place. It gets the job done. They have printing, office supplies, cards for special occasions, bubble wrap, boxes that can be customized, and of course, shipping!

I contacted this office to get some basic printing done. I asked that, if they could not match the…read morefont, I be contacted and able to see a proof. The font was fairly different than what I'd expected and smaller which caused the writing to look off center. When I got home I compared it to my original then, sent an email stating I'd like it redone for free or a refund of my money. The response was curt and suggestive that they'd done all they could for me. I responded that I would bring in my proof and perhaps we could find a win-win situation. When I walked in the gentleman who emailed me came up to the counter. I showed him my original and he pulled up the email showing the font was different for some reason. His attitude erred towards resignation that they'd done all they could. I asked if I could look at the other fonts available to see if they had one that was closer. He begrudgingly let me look as he walked to the back. A minute later, I heard a female co-worker "whisper" loudly "I guess," then snicker and turn her back to me. Obviously, they felt I was being a nuisance. I told them I didn't appreciate the attitude, that I was just trying to get my product and expected decent customer service. I would not recommend going to this office for service. Spend your money elsewhere.

You can store images on their site, order backing boards, sleeves, etc. Say you place an order and you entered an incorrect address, simply email them or call them, and you should get a call-back with in a day. No "frequently asked questions" 7 levels to Hell BS to crawl through to get an answer or to resolve a problem. My sales guy (Karl) was great to talk with, and was interested in getting me taken care of. As an IT guy, he backed off the tech talk and helped me figure out which tablet I wanted/needed. Additionally, at check out, I was THAT GUY that had a gift card and two partial VISA gift cards to use up. The girl at the checkout (Nina, I think) was very helpful and patient (handling my multiple apologies with grace). In the end, I walked out with what I needed and how I wanted to get it. Having not been in a copy place in ages, I was used to a system where you request an access card to use a machine. Upon walking in there was 1 employee at a desk helping a customer and 2 in the back large print shop area. The place was otherwise empty. I stepped up the counter and waited. I made eye contact with 2 of the 3 employees. The one at the back kept shouting at the front before finally coming to help. She practically rolled my eyes when I said I would like to make some b/w copies and walked to the machine, punched in the amount and walked away. As I only needed 16 copies this didn't take long and I walked right back to the counter. But the employee had walked away. Upon noticing me some time later, she made her way back to the front and grumbled a bit and rang me up. The copies were fine. The self-service machines were in order (although it would be beneficial if they had some sort of signage about how to use them or info that you can just step right up etc.). But the employees were clearly lacking. The one with another customer - who was right up front - never said 'hello' or even said anything in the range of 'someone will be with you.' Clearly she was busy, but I've worked retail in the past. And that's not how you handle customers.

I visited the Cahill Main location during the outage. I asked why I did not receive an email…read morenotification about the outage and the manager said that they are not responsible for Verizon's failure to communicate because they were "independent" from Verizon. I asked whose name was on the wall and a customer started yelling at me from across the room and defending the salesmen. They did nothing to stop her so I told her to shut up. She then got up and came right at me saying "make me" in a threatening and provocative manner. She was very angry and unstable but the manager kicked me out of the store for telling this angry woman to shut up (which was their job), and he foolishly let her stay in the store, creating an obvious threat to others. They protected her because she defended them after they refused to do anything when she was yelling at me when I entered the store. I reported the company to DATCAP. The "executive" who handled the account said that he could not share any information about possible disciplinary action against the employee who enabled this insane interaction. In the next breath, he said that the store was an independent entity that was not under Verizon's control. This is the same lie that I was told by the store manager when I entered the store. This is a deceptive and illegal trade practice. Under agency law, the store is an agent of Verizon, and Verizon is responsible for its illegal and reckless conduct. Conversely, the store is responsible for Verizon's actions, including its failure to notify me of the outage, which cost me a client. Do not let these companies gaslight you. They do not care about your complaints, only their image. The employee in question should be fired for his failure to address this crazy woman and stop her from interrupting our conversation. He should be fired for not lifting a finger when this woman invited me into a physical confrontation. He should be fired for protecting her and asking me to leave the store because I told her to shut up. I would have never said a word if he had done his job and taken measures to protect me from this unstable, angry person. Finally, he should be fired for lying to me by saying that his store is not responsible for anything Verizon does. Whose name is on the wall?
