I cannot go on about the wonderful service at Ameriprint enough. I contacted them some months ago…read moreabout a unique screenprinting idea for my wedding invitations. Other places had quoted me rather obscene prices, and Kim at Ameriprint not only beat everyone else, but amazed me with the value. In the end, I had my custom printing done recently and the quality and skill is great. They had 94 *different* items to print on - having to center each item uniquely, etc. and they all came out beautifully! When I picked up my invitations, I almost cried. Kim and the people at Ameriprint were helpful, courteous in correspondence and conversations, and provide an amazing value for money. This place is a little bit out of the way, on a farmstead between Sun Prairie and Cottage Grove on County T (just up from Georgia O'Keefe's birthplace!), but it's totally worth the short drive in the country. They're ace in my book!

I've worked with Alphagraphics professionally, on new business cards after the company that I work…read morefor went through re-branding, and personally, when I needed to update my portfolio on short notice. I was very happy with both experiences working with Liz. She was so helpful explaining the cardstock and printing options for our business cards and hard hat stickers and offering samples of materials and print previews. For my portfolio, I waited way too long and was so worried I wouldn't be able to have something printed in time. It's over 20 pages with full color and full bleed, spiral bound. I contacted them only a day and a few hours before I needed it. At first there was a communication error and when I called the day I needed it (1.5 hours before close) to ask when it would be done, they said "tomorrow." When I explained that I needed it tonight (hopping on a 5am flight), the person on staff told me they would do it, and they did! It was not cheap, but I was asking for a lot, and it looked great. I'm really happy with the service and the quality of the products I've ordered.

I had an excellent review based on the service. Then, after 3 visits with small jobs I guess I annoyed someone, everyone but especially the lady owner to the extent 1 copy was $2.00. All in all, I'd rather someone be direct with me than passive aggressive especially for something as simple as a photocopy via a machine copier. It's not like we're 17th century copy editors or 18th century printers with a rolling press machine. And, yep I lived steps away taking sorority and social club print work there including a scholarship redacting job that cost about $72+ Anywhoo, Idk what's up with Yelp removing reviews but I'm starting to think I should screen shot things so it's memorialized.

They said that they were busy with Christmas orders (it was mid-December) and asked if I could come back in mid-January. I called in mid-Jan and asked about the jackets. "Still busy with Christmas orders. We'll call you when the jackets some in." Now it's late February and I've heard nothing. I called them back and they said, (not kidding here), "Well, we're still digging out of our Christmas business... but we tried several suppliers... and no, no we don't have those jackets, no." Very poor service. Very poor, actually non-existent communication. They could not do the simplest thing: get different sizes of a jacket THEY HAD ON THE RACK. I wasn't asking for custom work or a on-off order. I just wanted to see a jacket in a different size. I'll never go back. Businesses like this deserve to fail.

I loved how the merchandise was organized. They have a great amount of items, enough but not too much that it's overwhelming. I really enjoyed looking at all of their t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc. Everything seemed to be great quality, the clothing is very soft. Each section had its own display. I really appreciated all of the detail throughout the store. I was there shopping for gifts for my 2 nieces. I needed 2 small shirts. The kids section was small but had cute stuff. I ended up getting 2 t-shirts that had a Wisconsin state outline. All around great experience. I'll be back to shop for myself!

We've printed with a lot of various companies over the 8 or 9 years of doing the band. A few years…read moreago, we tried The Shop when we needed a small run of crew neck sweatshirts, beer coozies, 2 t shirts, and a couple of other items for a show only a couple of days later in their area. Turn around time was fast and Bryan brought us the boxes of merch personally and we had a blast hanging out. Over the years we've had a number of items that have stuck around for way too long at our table (since 2008, small shirts went from being the only size kids bought to the lowest selling size besides the xx sizes so we have a few shirts that are like, I dunno, 4 years old?), so we have a number of items that have been printed by various "big guy" shops. Anyway, we got a chance to compare the screen printing up close on them and The Shops prints were all consistently far cleaner and more opaque. The edges were all clean and none of them were chopping off. The prints were all centered, too, which is apparently a 1 out of 5 shot with most other companies. I called my manager that night and told him we wanted all of our tour stock printed by these guys. Since, we have printed all of our merch through them for over 10 tours and we haven't had a single complaint from my band. They're cheaper, faster on turn around, they let us know the moment there's a problem with one of our orders, and they don't swap brands on us without notification. I don't mean to speak poorly for anyone else's business, many of the other printing companies we work with deal with staggering amounts of business and are known to be incredibly hardworking. The downside is that I've often felt as if I've been way too low of a priority to get orders right when they require some form of detail. You ask for athletic gray and you get a solid color, you ask for one size in a female cut and 4 others in male cut only to find a box full of 5 different female cuts, you ask for alternative apparel and you get Gildan. Some companies just have far too much volume to put out and need to get the order done. Bryan and Cory are both endearing, hard working guys and they have a genuine passion for getting the prints right. They have contacted me on a number of occasions asking for ANY criticism so they can make sure their quality checks are in order. They're also great people. I forward any artists to them when they ask us where we get our merch.
