I really wanted to use Underground Printing for my small business (personal training) but was not left with a great impression. I called a couple of weeks ago to set up and appointment to come in and look at apparel for screen printing. The person on the phone was very nice and seemed eager to help me. We set up an appointment on Wednesday 5/18/22 for me to come in at 11:30a. I received an email saying that he was excited to meet me and sent me a link to look at before hand. I showed up a few minutes early and was greeted by staff. I told them I was looking for Jay and had a meeting with him. They said that I could take a business card and that he had not been in all day and was not sure where he was. The staff was very friendly and was clearly embarrassed by the lack of communication on the business' end. I told him I would wait about 10 minutes and see if Jay showed up. I was super excited to look at options and even took off of work to come in. After 10 minutes, I was extremely frustrated. I looked at our email communication and sent an "I am here for our appointment" message. No response at all. I even called the number listed on the email address to see if I could get ahold of him. The number listed was the store number that I was already standing in. The sales person apologized and was very sincere. I walked around for awhile looking at apparel in the store but was very upset with being stood up for our meeting. It has been over a week and still no response. I was really hoping to use this location to screen print as I have heard great things from friends and family. I find it incredible unprofessional that no one has even reached out to apologize, let alone acknowledge that they missed our agreed time to meet. read more

We needed custom T-Shirts for a fundraiser and I came across their website and started playing with the design tool. Super great design tool and very easy to use. The ability to switch colors of your design right in the shirt was awesome! After tinkering with the design, we hit submit quote and got one back right away. Then ...everything got even better. Customer Service was top notch! Steve was quick to email me back and answer all questions I had and helped me get an even better price on the shirts by working a few details on the colors.
