I've worked with them on orders for my company, my kid's school as well as many personal needs, and each time this company and their people deliver. One of my first interactions with OTP was when I was getting married. My husband worked with the OTP team to design a special shirt for our destination wedding. The day after the wedding, all of the husbands showed up to the pool wearing this custom t-shirt that read, "This guy loves his wife" with thumbs pointing at their chest. It was one my favorite moments of our trip and random people kept asking us where we got those shirts from wanting to buy them. Fast forward to present day.. I recently found out some pretty devastating news about my close friends who are married. There is a benefit coming up and when I talked with my trusty shirt team, explained the situation and asked if they could help, John L (one of the great owners) rose to the occasion. Within the day we had an approved shirt design, an online store in the works and a donation commitment of all profits to this beautiful family. OTP isn't just a turn and burn random t-shirt shop. Fortunately, I wandered on over to Actualink Designs on December 22 at about 3 in the afternoon and told Mr. Martin about my dilemma. I told him what I was looking for with the caveats that I wasn't sure the project could be done at all, but if it could be done, I knew that it wouldn't be done before Christmas. Mr. Martin designed and made my shirt in 24 hours! It is perfect, and now it is all packed up and ready to head out to Kentucky in the wee hours of the morning tomorrow. Of course one should not count on Actualink having time for this kind of turn around, but they sure saved my hide this time! I found Actualink because they make the shirts for We Got This! and Andre Lee Ellis, so I know they do a great job on much larger orders too.

The company refused to replace the item, saying it was past the 30-day window and had been worn. If I had a customer that bought an item (perhaps a toaster) in our store that failed within a year, I would ABSOLUTELY replace that item! Their merchandise is poorly made -- they replaced the manufacturer of the shirt I had previously purchased with another that produced a much lower-quality product -- and they do not stand behind their products. I will never buy from them again.
