I don't think they're closed down there because all their inventory is still right there so it's just a case of catching it when it's open and the hours are massively reduced now so just be aware of that.

I visited this shop looking to have a few items embroidered and dropped them off after being told…read moreby the staff--who were kind and courteous--that the items would be completed before Thanksgiving. I understood they were a little backed up, but the timeline seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after Thanksgiving I had to stop into the shop on three separate occasions just to check the status of my order. Each time, I was given a new explanation, including a hard drive failure, but at no point did I receive a phone call or any communication to let me know about delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, my item was never embroidered. Because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to complete the service, I would not recommend this business to coworkers or anyone needing embroidery work. I will be seeking a different shop moving forward.
