We had found the perfect ring in Seattle but we wanted to shop around some more. After seeing many rings, we were still stuck on that one ring, and searched out a nearby store that sold this designer's work (Simon G.). Koehn & Koehn did not have the ring in stock but had it sent to them within a week so we could take another look at it. We came in to look at it, loved it, and spent a good amount of time discussing the details of the final product. We wanted a sapphire instead of a diamond, and Andy taught us all about the difference, sizes, and details that we needed to know. We got the specifics all figured out and excitedly waited to have the ring ready for us. We called him during the week and asked if he could have it available a little sooner than he had said since we were driving through a day earlier. He accommodated us happily, and had it all ready for us. My fiancé couldn't help exclaiming how pretty the ring was when he saw it! It's perfect. I also had another simple sterling ring that I always wore on my left hand. I wanted to have it resized to fit my right hand once I was wearing the engagement ring. He gladly took it and they resized it no problem and had it ready by the time we picked up the other ring. I am so happy with this ring, it's perfect for us, and I am delighted that we found Koehn & Koehn. It's worth the drive from Milwaukee, and I will happily go back there with any jewelry needs.
