We are also a small local company and while we don't do a lot of business with Minuteman Press, when we do have an order, they are very prompt in their response to the order and delivery of the product. We had one issue regarding the printing color and glueing of the multiple part forms - I called - we discussed it- and they made it right at no charge to us.
