They don't speak much when you come in and if you want "extras" like a receipt, you often have to ask for it. Still, they have convenient hours and a decent amount of parking. Despite that, there is almost always some person who doesn't understand basic parking courtesy and manages to suck up two spots or park so close you can't open your car door. This is not the fault of the store - just people being completely self involved. I'd feel better if they had one or two more lights in the lot at night.

Okay by giant I mean 40" wide, but it was specific in that I was looking for a die-cut logo sign, in color, on high-quality or PVC board. I'd also hoped to have all the edges sanded down smoothly. I sent an email inquiry to their team, including an attachment of the logo/imaging with all of this info. Within the day I heard back from their production manager with confirmation they could get it done, as well as a quote (I found $60 for this large sign to be a fair price). They got the order into production asap and I heard back three business days later that it was ready for pickup! It looked great -- so clear, smoothed edges, perfectly cut around all the rounded parts of the logo, etc. The shop is only small, and typical as what you'd expect for a commercial printer. From what I could see, they've got the tools to complete any kind of printing you might be after. From signage and business cards to mailing needs and holiday cards.
