They've helped me print: manuscripts, posters, fine-art, business cards, postcards, greeting cards, & can even do photos & art on full frames! They are kind to novices as well, with the tools to make just about anything you can think of that involves printed material. Seriously the best print shop I have ever worked with in half a decade as a professional artist & over a decade & a half of being a published writer & ad copywriter. They're real, competent people. The business is locally owned. They do good work, and it's affordable. Did I mention they're real, competent people? A story: I used to patronize a large-scale chain-type-place that may or may not be conveniently located on Farwell and Brady for all of my printing needs, of which I have more than you'd think. But time and time again, my orders were messed up, customer service was lacking (understatement alert!), and I left generally dissatisfied and unhappy. Top it all off with the fact that the one competent dude that I dealt with at said chain print + copy spot moved to Minnesota, and well, yeah. Grumbles spilt forth from my lips in an audible fashion as I entered the building, but I'd go back time and time again. Ain't right. Then, one day (like magic!) I remembered something. Rachel's brain: Hey! There's an alternative! Remember? Don't go back to that place you don't like if you don't want to, because remember that one local spot that prints coursebooks for UWM and Marquette? You used to go there to get postmodern lit and history coursebooks and stuff. It's tiny and on Oakland and Locust, and that's even more convenient! I think they do stuff beyond that, too, like one off orders and random lamination. Email them! EMAIL THEM. So, I email Clark Graphics about an order and they're timely and real in their response. A real person responds who is funny and knows how to do their job. They get things done on time. They never think it's weird that I order 100 copies of Jeff Bridges face on cardstock or that I want photos of Wes Anderson movie stills on cardstock, or whatever. They're affordable and quality and the people are nice. If you need stuff, go to Clark Graphics and tell them Yelp sent you. They're rad and they're real and they do things right, which is pretty much everything you can ask for out of any business. read more

I love this place and can't wait to have another reason to print stuff here! I had ordered a party invitation PDF off of Etsy and went to FedEx/Kinkos to get it printed. After mistake after mistake there, I found Clark Graphics!! Their printing was top notch, and I was thrilled to mail out my awesome invites! They also sell colored envelopes for a very reasonable price per envelope (I needed an exact #, like 37, and they let me buy that number!). This is the best of the best, and do not hesitate... it is way way better than FedEx/Kinkos!!! read more

Clark Graphics seemed like an alright place to have my wedding invites done. 5 stars from a bunch of people couldn't hurt. Let's just say my expectations were beyond met. With a slight idea of what we wanted, the staff was able to help design and print the invitations that were exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for. Not only that, but their prices are rock bottom. You pay a fraction of what you might online, or at a chain printer. I am getting married and my fiancee and I ended up at Clark after realizing we did not have $500+ to spend on invites from Minted or some other overpriced online paper place. Womp womp. My sister, taking pity on me, designed a really beautiful suite and we brought it over to Clark to be printed after they were referred to me by a friend. I primarily communicated with Maria and she was kind, courteous and prompt in replying to all of my questions, not to mention accommodating when I had to add on several pieces at the 11th hour! Their staff was also so nice each time I dropped in--much appreciated because wedding planning is stressful enough! Anyway, so I sent my pdf files over and dropped off my paper on a Thursday (bought from Papersource with a 20% off coupon), picked up the proof on Friday, dropped my paper off on Monday, and in less than 24 hours I had my wedding invites in hand, perfectly cut and neatly arranged in a box. Easy peasy. I highly recommend these guys both for anyone getting married and for anyone with any type of printing need. They are a local, independent company--awesome. I will never print at (_insert name of nationwide chain of mediocre copy centers_) again. EVER! Clark Graphics is a locally owned copy shop with friendly, competent people who know what they're talking about & do their jobs well. Their prices are far & away more reasonable than that other nationwide chain place, & I'm kicking myself for not using Clark until this year. I had some flyers to make & I needed them cut to a certain size. I emailed the file over in the early evening, but couldn't make it over to pick them up until about 1/2 hour before Clark closed. When I got there, the friendly young lady behind the counter apologized & told me they hadn't gotten the job started yet because she hadn't checked the email, but if I could wait a bit she would do them right that moment. I wasn't in any rush, so I waited. I saw customers coming in & getting the same level of friendly service, even the older gent who came in at 5min before closing time. What you won't get is a "fancy designer" type of experience...which truly is not worth a nickel. Alex (the design person) helped us in a very professional and chill manner. The quote was so reasonable and they finished the invites and the rsvp cards in less than a day. The quality was beautiful, the color was just as it appeared on my screen as we designed them and the staff was professional and friendly. I have been coming to Clark Graphics for all of my printing needs for a few years now & I see no need to buy a printer or go to a chain printing place, ever! These guys are great. They call when my prints are done, they do single sheets, they've done posters, they clarify orders, they call to let me know if there is something wrong & to assure me that they can fix the image, they cut my card stock prints for me, they score my folding cards for me, when I'm in a bind they are able to get my prints done on time...
