Had a great recent experience with Confluence! This women-owned and operated commercial printer is…read morea great local source for all of your design and print needs, and for me the need was a giant sign. Okay by giant I mean 40" wide, but it was specific in that I was looking for a die-cut logo sign, in color, on high-quality or PVC board. I'd also hoped to have all the edges sanded down smoothly. I sent an email inquiry to their team, including an attachment of the logo/imaging with all of this info. Within the day I heard back from their production manager with confirmation they could get it done, as well as a quote (I found $60 for this large sign to be a fair price). They got the order into production asap and I heard back three business days later that it was ready for pickup! It looked great -- so clear, smoothed edges, perfectly cut around all the rounded parts of the logo, etc. The shop is only small, and typical as what you'd expect for a commercial printer. From what I could see, they've got the tools to complete any kind of printing you might be after. From signage and business cards to mailing needs and holiday cards. Support local when you're next in need of these kinds of services :)

I didn't have the boxes, so they set me up with the sizes I needed and got everything packaged for me. I was in and out in a matter of a few minutes, and left with tracking numbers in hand. I can't say enough good things about Postal Annex in Glendale. I stopped in to get a high-quality…read moreprint of an image that I hoped to frame. I had done a painterly treatment that turned a photo into an artistic print. Once it was enlarged and printed, however, I really wasn't happy with how it turned out (my fault). So Mike, the manager, took the time to play around with his photo program and after significant trial and error he came up with an absolutely beautiful print that was much better than I had provided and perfect to frame and give as a gift. I was so impressed with his patience and his grasp of what I was looking for. His effort was much appreciated and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will be going there for all of my printing and postal needs from now on. This store is amazing

I've used this store for years. Yes parking is tight but it turns over quickly. I read the reviews…read moreand wonder if the low reviews were mistakenly meant for another store. I've never had a problem here. I have had frustrating moments with some difficult returns, but those were things between me and the store I was returning items to - absolutely not the fault of the UPS store. I've certainly never had rude treatment or difficult staff. I think charging for printing labels is appropriate - after all I could have printed it myself at home. Yes there are lines sometimes! They're busy and careful! My only problem is that the new design should have created a flat space for preparing returns - maybe that can still happen!

I had a rather large package to drop-off, and with an injury I have, I'm still limited on how much I can lift. The one downside to this location is the very limited parking. If you come when it's busy, you're going to be trying to find street parking on one of Shorewood's busiest streets.
