When I said something about her careless handling of our items (which cost $1,500 to ship from Florida), she flippantly made a comment to the effect of "Well, I'm sure that they've been mishandled during the shipping process." That's likely the case, but NO customer wants to hear that when a valuable piece of art hits the ground. Furthermore, neither she nor her coworker offered to hold the door once as we were loading our car. I'd be hard-pressed to use this location of the UPS Store in the future.
