However, my worries were for naught. The new owner, Raj, has done a great job providing the customary services the UPS Store is known for. His staff is excellent. They are both efficient and helpful. They also anticipate needs when you come into the store and often times have package or mail waiting for us. Compared to other UPS stores I have frequented, especially in Los Angeles, CA, this place is night and day above the rest. Rest assured, should you decide to do business at this UPS Store, you will be happy.

I got there at 422pm and was told the notary wasn't even in today. Absolutely ridiculous. Why allow me to set up an appointment when they won't even be here. Now I have to try and rush to find a different notary which I am struggling to do. I am limited in my free time because of work which is why I set up the appointment. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would never recommend this store.

This woman was kind, professional, prompt, and about her business. After I explained to her my dilemma and that it was sort of an emergency type situation, she immediately told me not to worry and we made arrangements where she would come to me at my residence within the following hour. This I was totally grateful for due to my being sick for the last month or so. The last thing I had wanted to do was venture outdoors. So yeah, that was a huge burden off of my back. Also, her prices are beyond reasonable and I would even go as far as to say unmatched. I called around to a few other notaries in the area, and Monique quoted the best price. I would recommend her & her company 100%.

Employees deserve respect, and the way they are being spoken to is unacceptable. Management here clearly needs to set a better example. UPS DO BETTER!!!
