Be aware of Mr Mover's estimate and pricing strategy! They…read morebase their "guaranteed" estimate on the inventory list provided by the customer. Everything sounds good until they arrive on the designated moving day. In my case there were 3 people: the older boss and 2 amateur teenagers. The boss reviewed the inventory list and reached the unfortunate conclusion that the inventory we provided did not exactly match reality: 1) there was one extra floor rug (true); one of the two listed file cabinets is a lateral file (true); the piano is not a spinet piano as listed (see the attached picture. What is it if not a spinet!). As a result of his conclusion, the following items would not fit in their larger available moving truck: 3 sofas, a recliner chair, an electric fireplace, a dresser's mirror and the piano. Who would expect that?! After a very long and serious phone conversation with the office he returned and said they would make 2 trips instead of one as a favour (the new home is located just 10 minutes away from the old one), if we paid an additional $381. Of course we agreed! What choice did we have at that point?!Other than that everything else went ok. No damage occurred, and we finished moving in one day. Thanks God! It is a miracle how Mr Mover gets 4.8-star reviews on Google and 4.0-star on Yelp! We are never going to choose this company as our moving provider in the future!

You book they confirm via email & call you 15-30 minutes before they arrive. They get there and go over the carpets and check if you have any concerns, stains...then they vacuum the carpet with their vacuum while another assistant puts guards on the corners of your walls so there will be no damage if the cleaning hose runs against them. They put white booties over their shoes and begin the cleaning process=Wow! They clean the heck out of the carpets!! After the carpet cleaning they did a great job cleaning up.... I have been a residential client of Landmark Landscape for a few years. My account manager, Ryan,…read morehas been very helpful and I have his cellphone number. In my first contact with Landmark, I had them rip out my ancient evergreens and do an updated planting in my front yard. That project went so well that I have had them help me with other special projects such as putting in a new border along my back fence, and repairing my lawn after the new driveway was installed. For the past two years, Landmark Landscape has done my snow removal. It is always done quickly and efficiently. I have a long driveway which is a challenge. On the contract, it gives options for snow depth, and I sign up for over four inches, thus saving money on snowfalls that I can handle myself. They also have a hotline for snow services in case I need additional help. I am an older single woman who is trying to maintain a house on a fixed income in a community that has high standards for home presentation. I love working with this company. They respect my budget; they are prompt, pleasant and efficient, and easy to reach; they work with my preference for light/no herbicides; and their plantings always looks great. They seem to sincerely enjoy working with lawns and plants, and the results reflect that. Jean M Kohler

We had no follow up unless we called to check on status. We're given excuses of subcontractors not replying to them on " iron work" which we then cut out to get project moving forward. Another 30+ days went by with no follow up. We finally cut ties a week ago. They were incapable of doing our specific landscape project obviously, but failed to inform us of there inability...instead wasting our time, or stay in contact with us unless it was us following up. Wasted an enormous amount of time with this company. What is sad is we had another project we wanted to give the landscape company that we established a relationship with, in the 40k range, but have hit a brick wall with this company. I would not recommend for any outdoor project.
