No drop cloths were used anywhere, no shelving in 2 cabinets were secured so when they tipped them sideways the inside shelving went flying. I was quoted $554.25 for the move & was charged $898.60. I completed their survey after the move stating all of the above & have heard nothing back. No one picks up the phone number listed on their website. I even went in person to the office, saw the 2 movers who "moved" me, told them I need to speak with the owner, nothing but crickets.

K S." showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done! They were polite and respectful of both properties. They handled my furniture with the same care that I personally would have taken and were professionals at all times. Even when faced with challenges, they problem solved and included me in the decision making process to ensure I was informed and aware of what was going on at all times Do not be fooled by the apparent youth of some of these employees; they are good! I never had to worry that my belongings were going to arrive safely. I never had to question anything they were doing. I even saved money by booking online 60 days before my move. That's just awesome! The only hiccup was in the planning phase. Because I booked online, and told them my inventory, their calculator didn't accurately anticipate the size of the move. Luckily, I moved to a location close enough to allow 2 back to back trips in a short amount of time. I talked to the company about this and found out that I could have asked for a site visit (or virtual site visit) to get super accuracy on my quote. They would have sent someone to visually check what I was moving to determine what size truck to send instead of estimating based on my reported inventory. Next time, I'll know! Had Two Men and a Truck handle the heavy furniture and bulk property items during our move to our…read morenew home. They arrived on time. There was clearly a big disparity in ability, motivation, and competence between the two. I was present for both the pack out and delivery, which was completed in one full day. They had to disassemble a treadmill, furniture, and two beds in the packout, and they hadn't a clue regarding the treadmill, which they ultimately damaged getting it out of the house. A new leather sofa was also damaged when they failed to cover it adequately and were unable to position it properly while going through the front entry. A wooden coat rack was torn off the wall during the couch dilemma. The helper, who appeared to be a recent or day of hire also dropped a tabletop on his foot, and it appeared that he would not be able to continue. After a 15-minute min. pause, however, he was back to work and never mentioned his injured foot again. The single bright spot in the experience was the insurance for the damage caused. A supervisor followed up, and after providing him with photos of the damage, a monetary settlement/allowance was agreed to and satisfactory. Would not be a repeat customer.

Wow, poor costumer service from the driver. Vented his anger me over the packing prep. How he could…read morelose his lisence because of matches in the drawers? But, yet he smoked? Things were to heavy, needed to unloaded the China after being told by estimator not to. Washing machine was full of water, not true. Have you every seen anyone move a washer full of waster? They hand carried boxes one and two at a time vs loading them onto a dolly. Slowed the job down. A quoted 4.5 hour job turned in to 8 hours. Later he apologized, but too late. I wouldn't use again.
