Be aware of Mr Mover's estimate and pricing strategy! They base their "guaranteed" estimate on the inventory list provided by the customer. Everything sounds good until they arrive on the designated moving day. In my case there were 3 people: the older boss and 2 amateur teenagers. The boss reviewed the inventory list and reached the unfortunate conclusion that the inventory we provided did not exactly match reality: 1) there was one extra floor rug (true); one of the two listed file cabinets is a lateral file (true); the piano is not a spinet piano as listed (see the attached picture. What is it if not a spinet!). As a result of his conclusion, the following items would not fit in their larger available moving truck: 3 sofas, a recliner chair, an electric fireplace, a dresser's mirror and the piano. Who would expect that?! After a very long and serious phone conversation with the office he returned and said they would make 2 trips instead of one as a favour (the new home is located just 10 minutes away from the old one), if we paid an additional $381. Of course we agreed! What choice did we have at that point?!Other than that everything else went ok. No damage occurred, and we finished moving in one day. Thanks God! It is a miracle how Mr Mover gets 4.8-star reviews on Google and 4.0-star on Yelp! We are never going to choose this company as our moving provider in the future! read more

Mr Mover - spinet Baldwin piano - Movers Near Me - Saukville, Wisconsin

Recently worked with this company on my move to my new condo. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Friendly, fast and efficient. From my initial phone call to completion everyone was quick to make sure my needs were met. If I ever need to move again I definitely know who I'll call. Highly recommend! read more

Important disclaimer: I have not personally used Mr. Mover during a move myself. I was considering asking them for help with an upcoming move because I've heard very good things from friends who have hired them, but I'm second-guessing that now. I live in a small apartment building and my hallway neighbor did have a Mr. Mover crew here today - a crew of either three or four. None of them were wearing masks. One was violently coughing while in the common areas. At least three high-risk individuals live under this roof. To me, this is an unacceptable business practice during a pandemic. read more

Don't hire these guys unless you don't care about your stuff getting damaged. Hired them for a simple move, straight out of the apartment through a garage, then straight into a drive up storage facility. They didn't even have to go over a curb yet they scuffed the surface of the leather couch in 2 spots and took a big chunk out of the front corner of my wood dresser. Very snarky when trying to negotiate a resolution. Be forewarned, the damage your stuff and are only willing to "fix" the damage. Even if this is not saisfactory for ruining your furniture. read more

Just wrapped up a move with Mr. Mover. The men who came to help me move were on time, friendly, fast, and treated my things as if they were their own. Highly recommend Mr. Mover and if I move in the future they will be on speed dial. read more

Have used this company multiple times and often for large items. Always professional and conscientious. Paid excellent attention to detail in packaging. Minding the woodwork, doors and carefully wrapped/secured the furniture. Will continue to use Mr. Mover. read more

We used Mr Mover over the holiday, December 28 2017. It was cold and snowy the day we used them. We moved out of a large home and Mr Mover had has out in a reasonable amount of time. At the home we moved too we had a couch we wanted to put in my sons room that would not fit up the stairs. After being a little bummed out one of the guys noticed we had a balcony and moved the couch to our sons room with no problems (he was so happy!). The staff was friendly and fantastic. The one price fee was fantastic and glad we used them based on the weather if we had used a hourly company are fees would have been astronomical. I would highly recommend this company! I am thinking the review below is a competitor or something! These guys were terrific! They came with nice, new equipment, and made quick work of moving my 3 bedroom home. Mr. Mover even worked around my closings on both of my homes. There price was guaranteed and the price quoted, was the price I paid upon completion! Kudos, keep up the good work! read more

STAY AWAY! Unprofessional in every way from the planning through the move itself. They broke numerous objects and refused to acknowledge or fix this. One of the movers was smoking in my new house! They do not seem like professionals at all. I've moved a few times in the past decade and this was the worst experience ever. The price wasn't very good, either. You can do a lot better. Learn from my mistake. read more

I have used Mr. mover multiple times in Milwaukee area, and I've always been as satisfied as one can be with a mover. They were upfront with pricing and got the work done efficiently. Moving sucks, but if you are prepared and all packed Up Mr. mover is a great way to go. I have also recommended to multiple friends and coworkers who have been satisfied as well. read more

We recently used Mr. Mover for an 85 mile (one way) move. We could not say enough good things about the four young men that made our move so professionally! They arrived on time (in fact they were ten minutes early), had our furniture and our belongings loaded up in a little over two hours. Once we arrived at our new home, we found out that somebody had locked the screen door and we could not get in. Also my husband that was coming later, had the garage door opener in his vehicle. The movers did not get upset with us, decided to go the Family Restaurant for an early lunch while waiting for my husband. Once they returned, my husband had arrived so all was good. They had us unloaded, furniture placed wherever we wanted, plus moved a couple of items a few times if we requested and were on their way back to Saukville (85 miles again) by about 2:00 pm. All four men were very pleasant, dressed appropriately, did not take any breaks, etc. I would highly recommend Mr. Mover and his crew! Plus the price was reasonable! read more

My son recommended them. He used them for a large move. I got a bid and it was very reasonable. Mr movers sent over 3 very friendly and courteous men. They arrived on time, did the work, very professional, very caring of our STUFF and the total price was exactly as the quote. I was skeptical because of the first review on here but I can only say they met and/or exceeded our needs for a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone. read more
