When I had questions (and I had a lot of questions), he answered every phone call with excellent customer service and patience. When it came to do the job, the crew was polite, clean, professional, and timely. I was worried about my three skylights being put in correctly. The crew made sure every one was put in perfectly and even asked me to verify that I liked how they looked. I am so pleased with the work and the kindness that Integrity displayed during the job. At the end of the day, I would trust Chris and Integrity like if they are family.

We called Integrity for a quote because a neighbor used them a few years ago and really liked their…read morework. When they came here to do our quote, they went up on our roof, did measurements, wrote out the full quote and gave it to us on the spot. This was surprising because we've had 5 or 6 quotes on our roof in the past couple years, and Integrity was the only company that even went on the roof. Also, their quote was much more detailed than the rest. It made us feel like they actually wanted the job. A few days before they started, they dropped off the shingles (they put them all on the house roof & garage roof), and separately dropped off the big dumpster for their trash. The workers were at our house early on the day of the job, I think it was about 7am. This isn't a complaint, it's just a warning to those with young kids or third shifters -- once they're on the roof, it's gonna be LOUD 'til they're done. The workers were quick, efficient and courteous. Around noon a man from Integrity stopped over to see if the crew needed additional supplies from the store, asked us if we had any questions, and brought the crew lunch. He was friendly and helpful to the workers and to us. The full job was done around 4pm including clean up. I only found 4 or 5 nails that they missed -- not too shabby considering the enormous amount of trash a 2 layer tear-off and a new roof creates. A few days after the job was complete, the owner came over to inspect the crew's work, and he asked if we had any questions or issues. We were really impressed by this, because often it's after the workers leave that you realize you had a question or two. It's a little difficult parting with that much money, but it was well worth it. We had one of those houses where the shingles were curling and falling off. When I look at our house these days, I don't have that aching feeling that the next storm may be the start of leaks inside our home. Now we've got one of the snazziest roofs on the block. Every part of our experience with Integrity was excellent; we highly recommend their work.

He said we had hail damage and they would deal with insurance and possibly get a new roof. I had some concerns after reading the contract, so I said I would get back to him. I did some checking with BBB. No reviews. Still, as I committed, I called Jake. He said he would send me a link, as all reviews are for BBB at home office and not Wisconsin BBB. (Really??) Anyway, we agreed to meet later that week to move forward, understanding I would check other social media reviews as well. Jake did not send a link to Advocate BBB reviews. I checked social media, including Yelp, and found numerous concerns with work quality and integrity. Google reviews were generally good, indicating Advocate has been effective for some people. Then Jake no-showed on the appointment. No call. No email. Just no-show. Too many red flags, so I moved on to another contractor.
