Initially enjoyed the facility, after a year my rent went up $10. I was not excited about that, but…read moremade do, I asked will this happen every year, was told no "we usually only will raise it $5". The next year they raised my rent by another $50. Their reasoning was the wide alleys (not my business not why I rent there not my deal), the "secure" gate that in two years I think I saw it functioning three times. I am shocked everyone isn't leaving, as I moved into a similar sized storage facility five minutes away and pay $55 less a month than what they were raising my rent to. This was sent to me when I questioned my rent increasing this high. "Those of you with large units and wide ailse need to remember there are extra land costs etc to having a wide ailse and electric for a battery trickler. Your new increase is still less than new rentals and the market" Unreal, a battery TENDER on my motorcycle. Also as a business owner don't blame customers that didn't request a unit with wide aisles... Stay clear, very pompous and dis functional business perspective.
