Real friendly (which was an unexpected surprise) and helpful. There were carts and bins near the loading dock to put your items into and after one of the workers saw me struggle with stuff falling off of my cart, he ran out to help me. The real appeal is getting cash money for all of this metal and brass. This is my second trip out here, and we can see that its starting to catch on with a lot of individuals. There is a constant steady flow of people coming in and out, especially on the weekends. Not sure how the rate for metal compares to other places (or if there are any other places in the area), but kudos for convenience, location, overall customer service and...making it rain dollar bills. BTW, at the time I went, brass was $2.10/lb, Iron @ .115/lb and aluminum at .60/lb.

When I called today to inquire when my order would be delivered, she told me there was "nothing she could do" and placed the blame squarely on me. I admitted fault for returning the agreement a day late and asked why she never bothered to tell me that she cancelled my order and she yelled at me and HUNG UP ON ME. Now I am stuck for my event with no portable restroom. Take your business elsewhere!!!
