I'm reading some of the older negative reviews and wondering if they changed hands. I also want to note the store is located next to Big Apple Bagels at 1963 Wisconsin Ave, Grafton, WI 53024. It seems they might have at one point been located in the plaza by Cost Cutters Hair Salon. Anyway, the place is spotlessly clean. The turnaround time on my clothing has been very fast! This last time, they told me I could pick up my pants a couple days later on Saturday. I got a call later that day from the clerk that accepted my pants, explaining that he had forgotten that they are closed Saturday for the holiday. He offered to rush my order and have it ready on Friday. I was in no hurry so I told him to just wait--I didn't need the pants that soon. I thought the call was very thoughtful. If this continues, I will make Young's my new dry cleaner.

I was greeted warmly, and the gentleman who greeted me noticed the flaking "pleather" bordering a front slit at the hem of the dress. He provided a receipt with the price and a pick-up date. When I picked the dress up and brought it home, I was stunned. After taking it out of the plastic, I saw that they had removed the frayed and flaking faux leather and replaced it with a color-matched bias tape and reinforced the "v" of the slit. The cost for cleaning was much less than I had anticipated and the repair was made without charge or comment. Disgusting unprofessional, and just weird. They ruined my fur blanket and denied leaving a blue mark on it. I have photo evidence and although they are able to refund me the rather expensive $40 fee for the cleaning, my blanket was $98 and now has a blue marker stain on it. I would've been fine with the refund, but while talking on the phone, the owner was rather rude and patronizing. He kept interrupting me and laughing while I was talking. and they refuse to admit that they were the ones who stained the blanket. Dont go here, it's overpriced and they are careless and unhygienic.
