Joy Cleaners has been one of the best. I came in after a week worth of laundry with a flight the next morning. They were kind enough to have my laundry done the next day so I could make my flight, which is normally out of the question for them because of the high volume they handle. I was genuinely grateful they made it happen. I also want to add this: I have had some horrible experiences at other places where my clothing came back forever damaged, shrunk, stained, or treated like it did not matter. That did not happen here. Everything came back clean, folded, and handled with care, and it felt good coming back home to clothes that still looked like mine. On top of that, I was glad to support a local family business that clearly takes pride in their work. If you value good service and careful handling, in my humble opinion, Joy Cleaners is worth it.

Two weeks ago, I took 3 blazers, one of which could be regular washed and pressed. When I took it in, I stated that i wanted it washed and pressed and she told me "oh no, they'll all go in dry cleaning", once again trusting this lady who at the FIRST time took in my clothing. That should have been a RED FLAG... The 3 blazers, two off-white and one black. Well, the black blazer is ruined. You know why? It was cleaned with the two light-colored blazers and now the black blazer has little white balls that are VERY hard to get out. I have to buy another one. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Whoever is doing their cleaning, lazily puts everything together and ruins the clothing. Yes, I have pictures. I'll attach them later. They apparently don't know/don't care. Not going back, do not recommend.

It looked ok on the hanger, but when I got it home, the stain was darker, larger, the knit was stretched and it is now a square. I took it back. They said they tried, but the chemicals wouldn't take. I asked why they didn't tell me this; the attendant literally laughed. My issue: Shouldn't a cleaner tell you when they can't remove a stain? Do you need to just take it home and find out for yourself? Also, it clearly is worse. The stain is darker and has a stretched out squared. I guess next time, I take a before picture, and ask the protocol. The cardigan was not only well made, but lots of emotional connection.

When the machine was done he told a young woman to take the stuff out and then he put stuff in. As I stood right there waiting. I had been waiting for 15 minutes for that dryer. I told him I'd waited, I'd told him I wanted a big machine and he said 'I told you this was mine'. Um NO he did not say anything when I told him I was waiting. I have now asked for my app funds back, which he controls. Will NEVER go there again. My washer is dead, not my dryer, hauled it home for the finish.

Otherwise, the facility is top-knotch. The pricing is reasonable, $1.50 per load on the more soiled setting that I chose, and the machines were clean, the layout of the facility well-organized.

The place is very clean and the staff was quite helpful. There's lots of carts to use but they can't go outside. They have lots of big machine options which is convenient for large to super large loads. Prices range from $5,50, $7.50, and $10. The smallest machine is 4.50 (not worth it) which is a lot smaller (half load size) than the next size up which is the $5.50. The machines wash well. They also have 3 size dryers very large for King size or larger comforters, $2.50 large for standards full load dry, and $2.00 for smaller loads. The dryers are set 30 minutes. I was disappointed that not only it took so long but his clothes still wasn't dry although I intentionally made each load lighter and used more dryers. The gentleman working there was nice enough to give me the additional drying needed for free. I took a star off for this. Other disappointed is the tables are super small and inconvenient for folding a full load of clothes. I took a Star off for this as well. Overall we made it work and got the job done. Not sure if we'll go back. I recommend trying for yourself and decide if it works for you. FYI - pictures are spot on so I didn't feel a need to take any.
