This is the second time I have used Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. Once again Jake (the Owner)…read moreoutperformed my expectations. It started with his sensitivity to my schedule and coming when it worked best for me, because time is money and he did not take up any of my time. When I got home from work I suspected that my carpets would be a little damp or even wet. However, they were perfectly dry and so fluffy. I honestly just laid on my floor for a good 15 minutes when I got home. All the stains were gone and it smelled amazing. I can only imagine how long my carpets will last with Oxi Fresh cleaning them. The most amazing thing Oxi Fresh did for me was clean my solid oak hard wood floors. I purchased and installed these floors myself about 3 years ago, as you can imagine I have a particular sensitivity to them not getting damaged and staying clean. I cleaned them regularly but I always noticed that even when I would wipe up spilled water the paper towel would be very dirty, obviously I am not a floor cleaner. With a little reservation I had Jake clean my hardwood floor and the results were amazing. It looked as shiny and clean as they did when first installed. I also had this sticky glue stuff on the floor from the pads on the bottom of my chairs and that was all gone (I have scrubbed and scrubbed on that stuff to get it out with no success). There was absolutely no damage done to my floors, they were just clean. I would recommend Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning to anyone. Jake and his employees are well dressed respectable people. I was not worried at all to have them in my home while my wife and I were out.

What's worse than dog slobber, foot oils, stains, and god-only-knows-what-else on your carpet?…read more When all those things are not yours! We recently bought a house. And with that, we bought the previous owners god-only-knows-what-else on the carpet. Not that the carpet was gross or anything... but, it did have some stains and a couple dirty spots. So we thought we'd have them cleaned before we get our own dogs slobber and feet oils all over them. Imperial to the rescue! I called them up and scheduled an appointment (which they were on time for). They came with their super sucky (my word, not theirs) van and sucked up all the god-only-knows-what-else out of my carpets. Oh, and they cleaned an area rug for me too, which apparently, really needed it (see pic). OK dogs, now get to messing up that clean carpet... I'll call Imperial Carpet Cleaning again!
