I've found a few housecleaning services that do as good a job as Lori and her assistant (her husband usually), but she offers the most reasonable pricing (not as much overhead as the larger maid service companies), and she's a little faster (she covers as much as a three cleaner team with her two person team in the same amount of time). Clean as a whistle! I've had several house cleaning caravans come through the doors of my house. I will say upfront that Lori and her crew are top-notch, trustworthy, reasonable, and dependable. Lori and her husband George do all of the cleaning and they go out of their way to do a fantastic job. If I need something special done (wash some windows, vacuum the basement, etc), they are more than willing to fit it into their schedule. They always check and make sure I am satisfied with their work. There prices are pretty comparable to the corporate house cleaning services, but you always know who you are going to get and that they will do a great job. I was wonderfully impressed by the work Lori and her husband did. My boyfriend and I had just finished our initial move into our first house and were somewhat overwhelmed by the 1200 or so square feet of space that needed cleaning before we could really unpack or buy any furniture. Lori was able to make an appointment with us on short notice, was very accommodating, offered her company's services at a reasonable price, and what's more was extremely thorough. I used Lori Maid for a one time cleaning job of my son's apartment in Wauwatosa after his move. He had lived there 6 years and it needed a good cleaning to get the security deposit back. Lori and her employees did a great job. The baseboards were shining, the dust bunnies were gone, the stove and refrigerator looked great! I have had a lot of cleaning people in the past but Lori's is by far the best. First off, her and her husband are some of the nicest people I have met. They work so well as a team and they do a spectacular job cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone very confidently... they always make my home look amazing. They even wipe down the blinds and scrub all the crevices of my house that other cleaning people would tend to overlook or not invest their time in... but those are the things that matter to me since my house is usually very clean anyway. read more

I have been recovering from a broken ankle and have a difficult time do some household chores. I called Lori Maid'G to have them come out to give me a quote on scrubbing my kitchen floor, cleaning my small bathroom, vaccuming my living room & I asked if they change litter box. I am not sure who I spoke with due to the extremely heavy accent( sounded Russian or Polish?) Anyway, when I asked about setting up the appointment for an estimate, the woman instead quoted me over the phone. I thought I misunderstood the $250.00 quote so I questioned her response several times after again giving the Small areas I needed cleaned. I received YES & now told $250 Starting Cost. ( no bedrooms or heavy cleaning just a 10×15 floor to scub, 13×15 carpet no furniture moved & an approx. 5×7 bathroom) This pricing was extremely high priced for a Starting price let alone for the entire space. Besides the rudeness in the tone of her voice, i think this was a Very Unprofessional way to provide a quote and I still am not aware if they change litter boxes. As a person that had a cleaning service I have to say this is NO way to get new customers Lori Maid'G. If your business has enough clientele, it is customary to say " we are not accepting new clients at this time" rather than be rude and way off the balance sheet. Lori and her husband have been cleaning our house every other week for at least six months now. They always do a very thorough job and are careful to check with me to make sure everything is to my liking before they leave. They are prompt, polite and do a great job. Whenever our budget is tight, my husband and I agree that the housecleaning is the last thing we would cut. Lori does a better job than we would do in a fraction of the time. I have used other cleaning services over the years. While they all had their strengths and weaknesses, none of them were as solid all around. Lori does a great job of cleaning, is reasonably priced, and reliable and professional. If she says she'll be there on Tuesday she will be there on Tuesday, and she'll do a great job! I contracted with Lori and her team to help with a move out clean the end of July based on the yelp reviews. First of all, I sent an email on a weekend not expecting to hear back until Monday but she returned my call within an hour or so to set the appointment. She then called back to reconfirm the day before, they showed up when they said and could not have been more professional. They totally worked around my boxes and offered to help me as I was moving things out. They are so nice and made my place shine - I think it looked and smelled better than when I first moved in!
